I'm sorry there was not immediate compliance but when you mumble in point you can't expect people to understand what you're trying to say. If your goal was trying to repel business from that particular location, you're working at break neck pace. I'm giving this experience a two because the man at the cash register was extremely friendly and helpful as I expect and has always been my experience for the last 25 years with Costco. While I would not exactly call this a lounge (there was seating, but it wasn't overly comfortable), it was a clean, efficient spot to stop in and do a jumbo load of laundry in one of their machines. Note that they only have coin-op here (yes, there's a change machine), and do not have vending machines for detergent or fabric softener so you need to bring your own. I wouldn't have minded if there was a restroom on-site either - maybe there is when an attendant is present, but this was not the case during our visit.

We could not get it to dislodge. Drove into the PT Le's Schwab hoping they could help us get back on the road to continue our adventure. They got us right in and in less than 15 minutes we were back on the road with a free repair. Our home Le's Schwab is nearly 400 miles away from Port Townsend, but this store treated us like regulars and took great care of us in short order. Thank you for saving our day's adventure!
