It's especially challenging when customer service doesn't always understand that the coupons fail to work occasionally . We had this happen today and Cheryl border line accused us of lying. She did not believe that we clipped the coupons in the store when we got there. Her co worker said that sometimes it happens that way. She told her to simply refund us the difference. However, she continued to say she hadn't seen our clipped coupons. We showed her coworker the clipped coupons and eventually we were reluctantly refunded. It did not feel good to have her not believe what we were saying.

It's always well stocked and maintained. This place is has never disappointed me when it comes to random foods or drinks. I rotate between monsters and red bulls. I get jerkey here sometimes. Nuts. Quest bars. Bugles chips (yes they still exist), even small single serve Cheerios. I have never left here wanting something and was empty handed when I left. It's also clean. Which I super appreciate. Attendants are really nice and....they know regulars. These days I always notice the same 4 attendants rotating through. Always friendly. And when I'm in line to buy something...customers will engage and be like "hey good to see you again, hope your keeping warm". That's a fantastic sign when the customer engages because it means the relationship was already established. The flow is easy when you need gas. Never have I been a part of or seen any issues when getting gas here. Arrows are clearly marked on the ground about which direction to enter and it's always smooth. I always put gas in in small increments like that when I'm out delivering and I know how much I get and how many miles I can go....this didn't move the needle and I drive to the McDonald's and up 6th ave to Proctor and I had to put more gas in at the gas station on 12th and Proctor and when I did the gage went right where it should for the gas I put in and it was more per gallon there than the stop at this place. It may be unintentional it I'm sure they know because people would complain. They close at 11 so I couldn't go back. I will never get gas there again and I may dispute the charge on my card which is something I have never done before

From the people that work there to the products that they sell. When they first started they had people working there that really needed to work on their customer service skills. To now, when you come in and you are greeted with a smile. And they have changed from just selling Coke and Mountain Dew and Snickers and Milky Ways. To now they actually sell some fried food. I was just in there and bought fried buffalo chicken, with jo jos and it was really good. The price was inexpensive. And after I ate it, I was full. Let me say one more thing, I take this chicken over kfc any day. So if you like fried chicken with some jo jos, this would be a good place to make a stop.
