I can get what is usually the best priced gas in the area, a hot coffee or a cold drink, and get back on the road and on my way. It was with all this in mind that I drove out of my way to go to this RaceTrac in Kissimmee. I needed to refuel and grab a drink. More importantly I needed the restroom. I was beyond shocked to see that while they were still selling gas, the inside was completely closed. According to a note on the door they were shut down due to a staffing issue. I can understand a mom and pop gas station being closed but not such a huge corporate gas station like RaceTrac. After reading other reviews I see this not a one time event. I saw numerous customers leave in disgust in just the few minutes I was there. I passed on the gas and headed back to the 7-Eleven where it wasn't as clean as I suspected but at least they knew how to staff it. It

This is a typical 7/11, you can get gas, they have coffee and drinks inside as well as some hot food throughout the day. If you know a 7/11 then you know what to expect. This one is super close to our house, we live in winter garden, and our gas stations are far and few between. We have been coming to this one for many years. I will say that it can get very busy at times, there is usually a few pumps not working which can make it more difficult. But again it's your typical gas station. Their paper for receipts is always out as well. About a month ago we had some driving sensors come on in our new vehicle. After taking it to the dealer, they said that we had gotten a batch of bad gasoline. It was an easy fix. This past week however, my husband got gas, and within two minutes our car shut down. After taking it into the mechanic it was discovered that the gas was mixed with water. Now whether this was intentional or unintentional it's definitely an issue. I understand it has been raining a lot in Florida, and water is probably soaking into the ground, however they need to protect their underground gas tanks better. I'm not accusing them of anything but this definitely is not a location we will be frequenting anymore. I did reach out and was basically told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I just felt like the service was very much like they did not even care. Overall we will now have to drive a little further to a different gas station as we will not be coming back to this one. I feel that once, accident, but two vehicles now from the same location, this is a problem!

This is one of the only this style car wash that I've been to where they actually pre wash your vehicle before you drive it through the wash which totally helps a little bit. They have a whole bunch of vacuums as soon as you exit the wash which totally makes it awesome to suck out all the yuckies from your vehicle, on the vacuum pole you'll find some clean rags and a spray bottle for the detailing of your own which totally helps as you can get it done the right way yourself which I did like as it's a bit of them washing then it's DIY for the rest! Just don't forget to put your car in neutral! Overall awesome wash I'll definitely be back once my Shark needs another bath!

When you walk in there is specials on your left and a table of clothing items that are in special. The food court is always busy and they run pretty slow. If I have patience I'll get a pizza or two with a fountain drink but only if the line is short. Even while short the service is extremely slow.
