He assured me the $500 deposit was refundable up until they needed to pull permits. I paid the deposit and it was through a different company. What? waited for the inspection and nothing. After several weeks Chase said he was laid off. I was put in contact with Sam. We'll call him full of s*it Sam. Said I needed a new roof and the agreement said there was no refund for the deposit, conflicting Chase. He agreed they would review the recorded call and a manager would contact me. I've tried repeatedly to contact them again and have been officially brushed off and never received anything. No refund or call back.. Also, Chase and I responded on calls and text on a cell phone. Was that recorded?? They push you and tell you whatever they can to get that deposit and then Push you for a new roof and if you try to push back, they're gone With your money.

They even have the Gen3 Tesla Wall Connector in stock so you don't have to get one in advanced! Strange that they don't have reviews for the Las Vegas location, but their Utah location has 5 star reviews. The only eyebrow raiser that came up was when I asked questions about installing a second charger in the future, and if it may be better to install a junction box for the future split in the line. Either the request is not as common as I thought, or they do not have as much experience in these sort of projects, but Ryan didn't even know power sharing was a feature in the Tesla wall connectors, and has never had to install more than one Tesla connectors in series or parallel in a single job. In any case, should I need to do it in the future, I'm sure it's very straight forward. Give these guys a call!

Also, a dimmer in my kitchen was not turning on the kitchen lighting. I went to a lighting specialty store off of Stephanie St and bought a brushed nickel fixture with six individual fully-adjustable lights. Three are pointed at the west wall where poster-size pictures of Zion National are mounted. The other three shine straight on to the north wall which gives me light coverage across the room for previously under-performing lighting. In wiring the switches, Progressive Lighting somehow fixed the problem dimmer in the kitchen. Great! I'll not ask questions. Nothing to ask. They corrected my previous wiring work. Jose Alfaro, the owner, and two laborers Alfonso and Alfredo, got it done in 2 hours. Alfonso laughed at me when I commented the kitchen dimmers made the room look romantic. I didn't provide any details.
