After checking out, I walked to my car and noticed that the plastic bag had ripped. One of the energy drinks was busted on the side and leaking. I immediately went back into the store to request an exchange since the product was damaged and had clearly just been purchased. However, the older gentleman at the counter denied my request with a rude and dismissive attitude. He told me, "If you're still inside, we can exchange it -- but once you're outside, we can't do anything." I find this incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since the damage was clearly not my fault and I returned to the store within minutes. Because of how poorly I was treated, I will never spend my money at that Discount Zone location again.

He remembers my favorite "vise" and has out on the counter as soon as I walk in. The higher prices here are worth the smile and "have a nice day" you receive while your checking out. The outside looks rather run down but the customer service makes this place a diamond in the rough.
