Store needs to have at least two cashiers at all time and someone constantly replacing the missing items, this is a 24 hour store. Parking lot looks much cleaner, not so much trash, which attracts the ruthless seagulls. Not so many homeless people hanging out in the parking lot pan handling.

Disappointing Experience…read more I recently had the displeasure of visiting Circle K Dauphin St Mobile AL and was thoroughly unimpressed with the entire experience. From the moment I pulled into the station, it was clear that this place was not up to par. Firstly, the appearance of the station was lackluster at best. The pumps were dirty and in disrepair, and the surrounding area was littered with trash. It was not the kind of environment I want to be in while pumping gas. Upon entering the store to retrieve a recite, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor and a disorganized, unkempt interior. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. There were wet spots on the floor throughout the store where I did not see a wet floor sign but yet a dirty mop bucket at the front of the store with very dark and disgusting water. I stood in the store at the register several minutes before the cashier even acknowledged me. I asked for a recite due to me swiping with a corporate card. To my surprise the response from this cashier was very displeasing. Her tone and hand gestures clearly said that she was tired and did not want to be bothered by paying customers. I could not get a recite ultimately due to the registers being closed at 11pm tonight and there was no paper at the pump. Overall, my experience at Circle K was subpar in every way. The choice of filling a position vs the importance of customer service has really hit an all time low. Circle K you really have failed your customers this was the ideal store that was clean well kept and had superb customer service. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable, clean and customer-friendly establishment for your fuel needs.

I purchased premium gas here back on January 9 and ended up with a significant amount of water in…read moremy gas tank immediately after I filled up. I have a brand new vehicle with less than 15k miles on it. Had to flush my entire fuel system, drain the gas tank, and now have to worry about my fuel injectors being damaged over the long term. If anyone else purchased premium gas in the last two weeks from this location, and had a similar issue, I suggest reporting this to the state board of agriculture. We ducked into the restrooms for a quick stop and they were in great shape, the kind of clean that makes the whole visit feel easier. Mrs. K and I built our large coffees just the way we like them, medium roast ground to order with a touch of cream and a few ice cubes, and when I went to pay the clerk smiled and told me it was free which was fabulous and added a little spark to the morning.
