After the last year or so I personally feel like the carwash does not do as great of a job as usual. I have also had issues with my membership and billing. The management at the Saraland location is terrible about returning calls, even if it is in regards to damage done due to the carwash. Two weeks ago my husband and myself took our 2001 Jeep Wrangler (completely redone less than a year ago) through the carwash to knock the pollen off. We discovered upon arriving at home that the rear passenger tail light was ripped off by the carwash. We went back the next day to file a report with the business. We never received a call. Today, we were in one of our main drivers and used our membership to go through the carwash. We asked about the complaint. We were told that even though it is a stock part that they can not do anything because the vehicle is over 7 years old. I personally think that policy is ridiculous but that's beside the point. The manager should have followed up and called us regarding the matter. My husband and myself will be canceling our carwash memberships and taking our business to the competitor down the road. Update: We stayed on hold for 18 minutes trying to speak to a manager about the situation and canceling our membership. 20 minutes, a drive to Bebo's, and we are officially canceled now. They didn't even try to keep our business. Would not recommend this business to anyone anymore.
