The mini mart is just that, mini, very mini. So you won't have a huge selection of items to purchase. But we are here to get gas right? I paid and started to walk away when the guy started yelling for me as I forgot the ticket with the code. Second time: I just pumped gas and to avoid going into the conscience store again I paid for my gas at the station and I added an express car wash. The machine is supposed to print out a ticket with the code. It only said "printing" and nothing came out. I thought about leaving to avoid seeing the cashier but no that's 8 dollars that I spend on a car wash. So I walked over into the convenience store again and I told the cashier " hey I just pumped gas on #6 and I added a car wash but the ticket didn't print out" right away he yells out with an attitude "what ticket ?" You need a receipt? And I'm like no I paid for a car wash and he's talking over me and I just snapped back because why is he like this ? Is he like this to everyone? I stopped in yesterday to fill up gas and add air to my tires. Air and water for your vehicle are free with the purchase of gas. I gassed up then went inside to ask the staff to turn on the air. They did so without issue and the machine worked well. Didn't look around too much inside, but it was clean and well stocked with food, drinks etc. Getting in and out can be a bit difficult because there is always traffic getting on/off the freeway (a block away). But overall, just have to be a bit patient and it is fine. Prices are not the cheapest in LA, but it is LA & you're paying for the convenience of the location. Overall, a good spot.

When I asked what the problem was, he refused to state his name. "If you buy something (else), I'll give you my name." The reality was, he wanted me "off of his property" (verbatim) immediately, because I was BLACK. So much for "We people of color have to stick together..." I encourage all POCs, Lyft and Über drivers to avoid this place like the plague. This disagreeable little cretin ruined my positive mood for the day. I would not buy water from this place in a drought.
