If I could give zero stars I would! The cashier is always…read morevery rude, for no reason. First time: I walked into the little convenience store to buy a quick car wash ( first time doing that). I paid and started to walk away when the guy started yelling for me as I forgot the ticket with the code. I turned around as he yelled for me and he's like "you forgot your ticket, how else do you think you'll get the car wash" but like yelling and so pissed off and I was so shocked that he spoke to me that way I just grabbed the receipt and walked away in shame. I felt bad but then i realized he could've just been like hey you forgot your ticket and laughed it off or been nice about it. But he acted like I trashed the place. Second time: I just pumped gas and to avoid going into the conscience store again I paid for my gas at the station and I added an express car wash. The machine is supposed to print out a ticket with the code. It only said "printing" and nothing came out. I thought about leaving to avoid seeing the cashier but no that's 8 dollars that I spend on a car wash. So I walked over into the convenience store again and I told the cashier " hey I just pumped gas on #6 and I added a car wash but the ticket didn't print out" right away he yells out with an attitude "what ticket ?" You need a receipt? And I'm like no I paid for a car wash and he's talking over me and I just snapped back because why is he like this ? Is he like this to everyone? I told him he's rude and that every time I go he's so rude to me. Right away he changed his tone and says he's not rude. Anyway, never going back. Back in the day it originally was an Arco called Atlantic Richfield then. The closes Valero now is on Robertson and National off of the 10 freeway. Actually, it's a better, cleaner, safer location.
