I paid and started to walk away when the guy started yelling for me as I forgot the ticket with the code. So I walked over into the convenience store again and I told the cashier " hey I just pumped gas on #6 and I added a car wash but the ticket didn't print out" right away he yells out with an attitude "what ticket ?" I stopped in yesterday to fill up gas and add air to my tires. Air and water for your vehicle are free with the purchase of gas. I gassed up then went inside to ask the staff to turn on the air. They did so without issue and the machine worked well. Didn't look around too much inside, but it was clean and well stocked with food, drinks etc. Getting in and out can be a bit difficult because there is always traffic getting on/off the freeway (a block away). But overall, just have to be a bit patient and it is fine. Prices are not the cheapest in LA, but it is LA & you're paying for the convenience of the location. Overall, a good spot.

The reality was, he wanted me "off of his property" (verbatim) immediately, because I was BLACK. So much for "We people of color have to stick together..." I encourage all POCs, Lyft and Über drivers to avoid this place like the plague. This disagreeable little cretin ruined my positive mood for the day.
