Why do they not provide a way for customers to dispose of recyclable items along with our trash? I don't want to throw away cans and bottles so I have to keep those when I clean out my car until I can find one. That is my #1 recommendation for them. It would take hardly any extra effort to have a few recycling bins outside for customers to use.

If you're asking for a tow and get good service, you'll be pleased. If your car got towed involuntarily, you're going to associate the tow truck with that unpleasant experience. I had to have my car towed into Grossinger for service, and they referred me to these guys. They brought a full bed truck, so I wasn't just getting rolled down the street. The guy chained my car up and winched up the ramp, and I was at Grossinger in a jiffy. Perfectly pleasant ride there with the driver, too. Everything about the process was smooth. If you need your car towed, call these guys.
