I haven't been to the speedway in a long time but I wanted to see what this place had to offer. This place featured quality gasoline, it had a kerosene gas pump! One of the entrances were blocked off, staff here was very friendly but the selection here was minimal though the store size was really huge compared to other Speedways. Every single time I come to this gas station the receipt does not print, forcing me to go inside, which is so annoying when I have three little kids. They really need to fix the receipt printers at the pumps. read more

I'm a census worker who needs a rest stop and Speedway at 15551 w 143rd st, Homer Glen does not have the courtesy to supply a bathroom. I betcha they want me to buy their gas though. Stopped the pump and won't stop here again. read more

Went in there the other day to cash in lotto scratchers from Xmas. Had $42 in winnings. The guy behind the counter only gave me $21. I asked for them back and they said all cashed. I hope the loser feels good about pocketing my cash. Stay away from this place! read more

My sister lives in Lemont but directed me here since it's in a different county. So close to Lemont but being out of Cook county saved me about 8 cents per gallon! The station is large and was easy to get in and out of, with no wait for a pump. I will go back for sure! read more

I just wanted to give props to the woman who truly deserves it at this particular Speedway in Homer Glen. Her name is Sue and while I have been a loyal patron for 20yrs, it dawned on me as I pulled up and Sue was chopping the ice, spreading salt and OPENING THE DOOR for patrons that she truly deserved a few words of praise. She is always doing the 'hard work'- like today, given its -2 our, while 3 other cashiers had nothing else to do but gossip. Sue is the reason for the 4 stars. I was treated so poorly! First both registers said we would be happy to help you at other register?? So I walked back and forth.... no one said anything! So stood behind a lady that was being taken care of. When she was done thank you or anything wasn't said to her. Then my turn not one word except the price was said to me. Then my change came out and I took it. Absentminded lye I stood there waiting for more. She never said anything.... finally she looked at me and said you're done???? Really, not THANK YOU??? I managed a very Large furniture store for a little over 25 years....I would never, ever, have someone like that even answer a phone for me? Went to this station on 07/17/2018 and ALL pumps had yellow plastic on the handles noting that they are out of order. Really... every pump is not working or perhaps corporate didn't pay the gas supplier? This place is really run down - car wash has been out of service for about 4-5 years now.
