I was running on empty during my travels in Las Vegas, NV. I needed gas quick. I came across this Shell on my way back to my resort. I said it's time. Let's not prolong it any further. Clean gas station. Lighting could have been better though. Paid at the pump as I usually do. Gas prices were under $4.00 per gallon. Didn't go inside the food mart for anything, hence, didn't have any interaction with the staff. I can always count on Shell to come to my rescue when I need gas. Thank you Shell! read more

First let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer since 1997... With that being said, I just called customer service to find out that my account was closed back on November 2025 without any notice and mind you I didn't miss a payment. I have no words and trust I won't be going to another Shell in my lifetime!! The last I spoke to said she doesn't know why they closed my account, I have no words just anger! Needed to fuel up for the last push in to Mesquite. Looking for something close to the strip and just happened in here. Less than a quarter mile from the freeway. Easy in and easy out. Many pumps so mo issue waiting in line. They have a convenience store that has everything from snacks and drinks to light meds. Good stop glad I found it. read more

While out walking the dog one night we got a little lost and discovered this local convenient store. With this my first visit here I was very happy that the store staff was so friendly and helpful. Both puppy and the human needed water. The staff was pet friendly and offered me a cup to make a bowl out of. Usually my furry best friend will drink from my hand, but required a larger amount of water this time. The staff here are highly professional and provide a wonderful customer experience. This I am grateful for since during ones exercise regimen sometimes we get a little too involved at our goals. This was one of those times. The variety of water products that are available are amazing. They even happy the frilly flavored waters that I love. When my puppy get lost again now we have an oasis to look forward too. The various gatorades they sell is wonderful too. Their prices are about the same as most convenient stores. Here the Gatorade selling 2/$3.00. They offer hot and ready to eat food that the staff prepares. The food they were selling was such items as pizza and rolled tacos of some type. The food items smelled and looked appealing, but I had no appetite at all due to my current activities. After hydrating and getting cooled off inside the store for a few minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! i went to pump air in my tire tight now and after paying i went to pump air and the bolt was really tight and i was unable to put air it was releasing air because of this. so i went inside to ask the guy for a refund or if he can come outside and loosen the bolt or check what wrong with it! instead of doing either one he said he cant its part of another company! DONT USE THERE AIR PUMP YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF !!! it doesnt work and they dont care or give your money back! its in there parking lot even if its another company they should be able to help out a customer as much as possible!!! ridiculous! bad customer service here read more

This gas station has a great location. That is pretty much it. The price for a gallon might be some of the highest I have experienced in Henderson/Las Vegas. The pumps are also pretty far from the building so dealing with the crazy rain we had today, I was soaked with the long walk to the buidling. read more

I always get off right before hitting the strip, fill up with gas, and I am good to go for the rest of my time in Vegas and for my drive back home to L.A. My biggest complaint is the self serve gas pumps and the congested traffic. It would be so helpful and convenient if the employees, owner, someone enforced shoppers to use the parking spaces after fueling their cars. I've been coming here since we moved close to here a lot. Gas prices are not why I'm here. For sometime, they have had great promotion on fountain drinks. Buy one cup, bring your cup back and get a refill at a discounted price. However the 10 times I've been back they always charged me a different price. I didn't care for the longest time until today where we only had enough money for the two items on us. The last 4 times have been the same. So today, the woman over charges me again. I explain very nicely that every time we come here they are charging us a different price, and maybe it should be worked out. Well big bad owner comes walking in ... Doesn't flinch, with his pompous, arrogant, unhelpful, rude and annoying attitude doesn't even have the decency to look me in the eye and say anything!! A simple, "hey sorry about that, we'll make a note of it" would have been appreciated. But, he kept looking the other way, not giving two shits about a good customer. So I urge you to not give this place any business. I would love nothing more than for this guy to read this and know the people have a right to speak up against rude, arrogant idiots who think their entitlement is worth anything. Zero stars buddy. It's alright, the parking is normally easy since it's not too busy but the lines always seem to be 4 or 5 people whether 1 or 2 cashiers are working..... I could handle more of an inventory as well - they seem to alway be out of what I need.... All in all 2 stars. read more

Two of my son went to get gas and few things. One of the stuff they got is the swisher. The Filipino older guy clerk asked for his ID. My son said, "its in the car. Let me get it, is that ok?" The Filipino cashier said "no" in a rude way. Threw the sweets on the counter. My son came back from the rental car with his ID (I just came out the bathroom at that moment) and the old guy said, he has a right to refused service to anyone. So do we, azzh*le! We have a right to write a review as well as to make a complaint to the corporate. What the eff is his problem? Grandpa didn't get laid or something??? He even so called, called the cops like they gonna rescue his crazy azz. Sounds like my son was discriminated and weren't even given a chance to show his ID. If that's the case, no business for you then coz with the gas and all, it's a $50 stuff so oh the f*ck well. No wonder why this gas station has an under three star rating!!!
