wow - there are a lot of bad reviews here! but I can ASSURE you - THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER! I came here for the first time last year - and the woman working as the cashier - was INCREDIBLY NICE to me - that's why I keep coming back! her name is DAVELYNN - she is hawaiian - and she is an amazing person! as more customers enter the store - she greets each one with a smile and more than a hello! she remembers all the details about them, their lives, what they have going on, their spouses, kids, life events, etc etc etc !!! she ALWAYS has a big smile on her face and ALWAYS has POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY TO EVERYONE! all this - while she does her job, keeps the store SPOTLESS - is always cleaning the bathroom, mopping the floor, keeping track of the stock and what they need, etc... even while she's doing this - each person that comes in the store gets A HUGE SMILE - and THE NICEST MOST POSITIVE GREETINGS FROM HER! DAVELYNN is truly the heart of this store - and SHE IS WHAT KEEPS ALL THE CUSTOMERS COMING IN !!! GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE !!! SHE DESERVES IT !!! read more

In the last year, I have gotten gas here 27 times and in the last 3.5 months I have gotten gas here 4 times. I got gas on 6/30/25 and the next day the Mass Air Flow Sensor triggered the check engine light. Cost me $300. I didn't learn my lesson and got gas 3 more times and as the saying goes, "3rd times the charm," because on 10/08/25 I got gas and and a couple hours later the car started crapping out. On 10/09/25 I took the car to the dealership and they hooked it up to the machine and got a Mass Air Flow Sensor code, which cost me $250. Crystal the heavy set cashier is very rude/unprofessional & a liar,made claims that I can't receive cash back to go pick up my medicine!!! This women shouldn't be working here it leaves a bad reputation of the company and has ZERO customer service skills !!!! Another epic fail..in courtesy and customer service.. I was park at one of the gas pump for a good twenty minutes i was in a very important business conference phone call ant the they came at me like a was a criminal pretending the will call 911 on me for being there to long "I DONT KNOW YOUR INTENCIÓNS " we are not save with a car park to long in here ... Just been rude... BTW It was a non working pump...I was not Impending any business.. I toll her I was almost finished and I park there because I need to get some Milk ....LoL after my phone call.. I should pretended to have car trouble..and stay longer . But no thanks ... Now you know .. And of course is one of the places around silverado with the highest gas prices.. The motorcycle decided that it needed to have air put in the tires and needed gas so I stopped here to fix both my issues. The pump area when I stopped today was a ghost town but it was during the day. Gas at this station is a little higher than most places in the area. I do not feel like cutting it too close with the gas gauge so with out flipping a U turn I choose this station. This station has decent coffee as well. When I walked into the store there are huge picture windows in the front that let the sun rays through and bring light forth. But the sun does not blind the cashier or customers. Their coffee bar is well stocked with two different kinds of creamer and it is the good stuff too. They have over six kinds of brewed coffee, plus an only decaf. I decided to mix the french roast and Hawaiian blend. They mixed well together and were very strong. For buying a large cup of coffee a customer can choose a free donut too! The selection of donuts is wide and it is a nice perk. When I went to pay for the sparkling water and coffee I did have to wait in line, but the cashier was with a guest. She must be very popular since her guest brought her breakfast and they were eating it together. I'm sure she needed a break too. Since when she was ringing in my order she was still eating with her guest. I had to pay with the card so she had to be there to take the form of payment. I did get through the process and the cashier was nice eating would of been best done on a break. I paid for the gas at the pump. Yes, I will visit here again, but I hope that Sinclair will extend periods for their employees to at least eat. read more

*Car Wash Review* I ran my truck through the car wash, and got the best wash, $9.99, and $0.20 off each gallon of gas. The machine basically washed my truck three times, and the dry fans were pretty powerful to dry most of my truck. Truck came out pretty clean, and the soap took off all of the oil that I put on the truck via handprints from working on it earlier. I usually go to the self-wash, but decided to try it out. I'd come back again. *Forgot to take off my tow hitch, but that got washed really well! read more

The worst customer service it's one men and women they try to steal my money they say it's fake I say to them if it's fake just through it in the trash they don't agree on it I say show to the customer's who was in the store if they say it's fake I'm gonna leave and I'm gonna accept that but i know my 100 dollar bill was not fake I was sure I call police they come and when they check they say it's not fake and if you guys go to the yelp over there 3 4 years old reviews are saying they do scam it's mean owners are involved as well very bad customer services if I have a option less then one star I'll give them that they waste my 3 hours almost I don't care about 100 dollars but the customer service was worst highly recommend to people don't go there read more

Paid for Car wash at the pump and car wash is broken. So I went into the store to get a refund. Igor (yes that's his name) tells me to try again and implys that I am lying. So I go again and filmed the whole ordeal. The machine is clearly broken. I go back inside and he Refused to give me a refund. Do not shop here. On my way to work this morning g I decided to stop in and get something to drink and a couple of donuts. When I walked in there was a young man behind the counter with his head down counting his cash drawer. He never looked up, acknowledged me or anything, just kept his head down counting. After I got my things and went to the counter and put them down he still never looked up. Obviously he was not able to count very well as he had been counting for close to 5 minutes by the time I reached the counter. 3 minutes later still standing there with his back to me. Finally another guy walks out of the back and goes to a cash register. He tapped on the touchscreen for what seemed like forever and could not get the register to let him make a transaction. By now I've been there for 10 minutes for what should have been a quick in and out. There was not another sole in the building so they weren't busy. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to just leave my stuff on the counter and get to work. The lack of customer service was incredible and the length of time it took was unacceptable. I will not go back there and I caution others to have plenty of time on their hands if they do decide to go in. And don't expect any sort of customer service, the employees there don't know what that is. Shame on management for not making that a priority when training their employees. read more

I always have debit card issues here. I can't pay for gas at the pump nor at the register. I always end up having to go to the gas station across the street which gives me no issues. The card readers started messing up months ago and somehow are yet to be fixed. read more

The WORST customer service EVER! I went there to purchase some sodas that had a sign posted 2/$3.33. When I went to the cashier, they rang up at regular price. I explained to the cashier (I found out her name is Dailesha or Taleisha) that there was a sign on them and showed it to her. She walked over and removed the sign, and told me that the price was not correct and she could not do anything about it. I told her that I didn't understand why, since she saw the sign. She responded that I didn't have to buy them and that she didn't even know if she could sell me that many (I had 8 20oz bottles). Huh? I never heard of such a thing. She said that she was on shift until 10pm, that I could call her manager, but the manager wouldn't be there until Monday. I called the following week and spoke with another employee, who gave me an indication that this cashier has a habit providing less than stellar customer service. He apologized and advised me to explain the entire exchange to the manager. I called the manager Raul a few days later and relayed my experience. He was helpful and said that he would leave 6 bottles of soda for me to pick up. When I went there, the same cashier was there. She said that she felt that I was trying to scam their store, that I was "a day late" which I don't understand what she was referring to. She then accused me of throwing yogurt on her car-which I really had no idea what she was referring to. She then proceeded to swear at me, to tell me to get the fuck out of her store, and to call me a bum. Nice service! She really needs to be fired! read more

I went to gas station on Silverado Ranch Blvd today with a brand new $100 to fill up, The attendant ran it through the machine several times and put it in a slot machine acting as if it was counterfeit. I went next door to a subway and spent $5 and got change but I decided not to fill up there because of how I was treated I live near this gas station and it's the only place I go to get gas but I will never go there again.
