One conversation I mentioned I needed some work on my car done. I was impressed by Cory's procedure. Make the appointment & all parts will be waiting for my car. There would not be any running around for parts after the car arrives. He explained in detail what he was doing to my car. Cory is a certified ASE Master Tech & Chris is a certifies ASE Tech. Cory called me with updates on my car. When I picked my car up it was waiting for me. The inside very clean. I was extremely pleased with the work & cost of the parts & labor was very fair. The cafe is set up to be something between a Dunkin and a Satrbucks serving bakery items, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and specialty coffees and drinks. The food and beverages we got today were okay, not the best but not the worst either. Their prices are reasonable but the service is STELLAR, all of the employees we interacted with were friendly and pleasant. Yes it's roughly the average price for the area, but it's very convenient and it helped me out when I needed gas. Generally it is well stocked,clean, and have a decent selection of hot and prepared foods, if that is your jam. I mean, who doesnt crave a jalapeno and cream cheese taquito from time to time. Now on to the cons, and unfortunately it's a pretty big one. On two occasions after using the atm in the back of the store, I had to deal with fraudulent charges to my debit card. Let me tell you, it was a huge hassle and I wouldn't want anyone to go through that. I had an older swipe type debit card, so if you have an updated tap/chip debit card there is less chance that there would be an issue, but still be on the lookout. (Also I realize those machines are not kept up by 7 11 employees and this doesn't reflect on how nice I think the folks who work here are, nor do I think they were trying to pull something sketchy. I was unable to use it not because they didn't have the technology to accept the coupon thru the app but simply because the owner doesn't like coupons. I told him he should contact the company that I got the coupon from and notify them to take that 711 store off the list because they don't take coupons and the owner replied in a very rude way that I should do that. I told him it's his store why should I do his job for him. If he had been normal and said I'm sorry I don't take coupons and I will contact that company and let them know to take the 711 off of the list of stores that accept the coupons I would have just went somewhere else and never left this review but the owners attitude was so condescending and he really showed me he doesn't value his long time customers. I will never ever shop there again. There are many other choices and frankly I rather spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn't give customers attitude and treat them like crap because I wanted to use a coupon at the store. I came in for an alignment. The guy was condescending the entire time. Apparently he can't drive…read morestick so he goes and gets another guy. This one stalls my car four times and burns my clutch. So now I'm telling them to stop and to get out of my car. They don't listen and continue to move my car lugging the engine and then revving it sky high. The first guy then tries to tell me noothing happened to the car and that stalling it that many times is normal. I've driven this exact car (it's my daily driver) onto a lift dozens of times and never stalled it or burnt the clutch. It's terrifying that a service station this incompetence is also a state inspection station.
