I don't know why, but the fries are absolutely fantastic, I get them every time I go in. Also, being part of their SmartPay program is really convenient and you tend to get a lot of freebies. My only complaint is that they're always busy and don't seem to have enough staff to accommodate it. The parking lot and pumps are often crammed full, and because it's a prime stop for the local truckers, there's always several garbage trucks and/or semis clogging the parking lot and road out front. During lunch hour, the store chock full of customers, yet they never seem to have more than one cashier available. If we're lucky, sometimes two. All in all, a good place to get lunch or coffee, but expect crowds and a line at the register.

They have to come into the store. They don't do it the people inside a clueless they are absolutely no help whatsoever. This has happened to me way too many times unfortunately I use a cane so it's always not a good experience for me to walk from the pump into the store stand in line behind 8 to 10 people because the pumps don't take the app I've never had a problem at any other Cumberland Farms in that area. In fact any area I do a lot of driving and I've never have happened any other Cumberland farms on the south coast or south shore their customer service sucks. The employees inside are completely clueless. I can understand if they are hiring the mentally challenged, but they've lost me.

Cumberland Farms, I remember the days when my mumsy would swing by there with our horse drawn carriage to buy a gallon of milk. Ever since we put Besse down because of the Bovine Malaria outbreak on the farm homestead, we needed our milk, and Cumbys was the cheapest. Now-a-days in the beautiful/stunning/Paris look-a-like city of Fall River, I tend to travel there in an automotive-mobile, to get cheap petrol. The prices are always one of the lowest. But this is not what this review is about. It's about the staff here. I go in daily to buy a $1 Large iced coffee. I really do prefer it more than Dunks now. I can pretty much put in espresso shots and any flavoring for free. The staff always, ALWAYS are cleaning and have everything in the best condition as humanly possible. (Especially during the wet snow season.) The women here have the demeanor of kind aunts and grandmothers that actually care about your day, even if they see you every day for just a moment. It's a 5 star staff of the most warm heartfelt people, and that is rare to find in a chain. Plus some of the pumps let you lock the trigger so it keeps pumping without you holding it. Shhhhh don't tell the Division of Standards! And last, I bump into the same hot mom here on occasion.

There's lots of pumps, that always seem to be full. There's also a convenience store inside, and a Dunkin' Donuts. It's clean, and the staff has always been professional with me, you don't seem to see the type of surly teenager that usually work at these places. Gas prices are consistent with all the other gas stations in the area, so it's not the type of place that you pass by to get the cheaper stuff down the street.
