There have been multiple instances where their 'system is down or not accepting rebates/coupons' :D like so everything else is working but just that, sure! The parking lot, am sure gets cleaned regularly but not regularly enough. And there is always, always a spill in the aisles, whenever I've gone. The staff seems to be friendly so definitely deserve a star for that but with that said, I probably will go to this location only if there is no other option available.

It would take for ever to make your own gas and ladle it from a bucket into your car. I never go inside the building, but there always seems to be a sweet smiling attendant behind the counter. I wonder if they wonder about me wondering about them? I withheld the 5th star because they do not have compressed air. Any gas station that charges for air can get no more than 3 stars. Better to have broken air than to have working pay air. Sure, it costs money to purchase/maintain an air compressor. I don't care. Charge us an additional $.01 per gallon to finance this luxury.
