I've asked the people there to make fresh coffee at six in the morning so I can get my coffee on the way to work. Apparently they don't have enough help. Or are they just don't care. I normally write a pretty constructive review, but how hard is it to make a pot of coffee.

The assistant manager, Hector, told me I had to get the new app. I asked for help with it. He handed me a brochure and said follow directions. It was not clear to me so I asked for assistance again. He refused. I finally got the app loaded in my truck, but it was not clear how to use it. I went back in the store and the other attendant helped me out. What a difference. one wanted to help and the assistant manager, Hector, didn't. That's how you lose customers.

C'mon Pride update your old ass pumps from 1985. It's not just me, because just getting out of my car I can see and smell gas from all the past customers who spilled gas on the ground. Other than basically spilling money on the ground every fill up, this Pride has plenty of bays, and is close to 91. It also has a small convenience store which I never go in.

I am getting so very tired of people telling me they are going to call the police when I know I did nothing wrong this is the second time I have had an issue with this store the first time was with an employee getting a full attitude when I just asked a question. I have been putting my bags in the front and I have bought over $100 worth of food items. I was just using the bathroom and preparing myself some dinner. I thought this was a rest stop I am very disappointed at the way in which I was treated I understand if you suspect someone is stealing in that cast check the camera, but I am not a thief I am a hard working, tax paying citizen who has fallen on hard times and I did not appreciate the banging on the bathroom door like it was going to be taken off the hinges and being told, "Get Out My Store," and no reason given by the manager, just get out !! I need some answers for this behavior. signed very unproud

This is our primary go-to for adult beverages, as it's on the way home from work, and a quick in and out. It's obviously much more limited than a traditional package store, but makes up for it in convenience. Limited parking spaces out front, plus there's usually an off-duty ambulance parked in the handicapped space. Entrance to parking lot/gas pumps from Tapley/Bay St. is super bumpy. Cops are usually parked two at a time on site. The Dunkin' Donuts here is the second worst in the area (worst goes to the Irving Station off of Roosevelt and Bay St.) Their coolattas/frozen coffees are NEVER frozen and always only slightly slushy. Donuts are stale, too. Weird drive-thru set up, only accessible from the side of the building closest to St. James Ave. Other than some minor issues (like those mentioned above), this is a quick and easy stop for almost anything you need or forgot about... including, apparently, the Valentine's Day flowers I received. LOL.
