Even though I was in need of the facility, I stopped at the touchscreen to place my order. I feel like this makes the time pass a little quicker if I use the facilities after ordering. Once done there I made my way over to grab a sweet tea and head over to pay. The introvert that I am, I like to use the self checkouts, but I needed to grab an item from behind the counter. Line moved quickly, and I was on my way over to wait for my food. Food was a bit off. I really am upset that they removed tots from their menu. First it was the onion rings, then my fallback was the tots. With that gone, it really has made me (and I am sure many other people out there) cut back on my dependency on Sheetz. Take away my tots, I lost interest.

Also, what is up with ll the reserved parking spots, its very sad when they have more reserved than non reserved, that is ridiculous. In another Ta ive stop at they charge you to park and they charge you again if only Reserved spots are available. It saddens me so much to see how they treat truck drivers, the TA was always my favorite truck stop, but not anymore. the Loves T/S is the one that really shows that the care for drivers, and I am happy to see that they are growing and opening a bunch more.

Fuel prices were lower than the TA across the street but we lost time with the inconveniences so not sure we really saved money.

One of the drivers from this company, (we don't know if he was the owner or just a driver) was backing out onto the road, which I think is illegal, to hook up stranded vehicle. My husband had to slam on his brakes which caused our food to fall. We got out of the car and mentioned this to the driver pointing out he was in the wrong for backing out into the road the way he did. He was a complete smart ass.
