They finally called me at 3:30 to say they ran there diagnostic and said I needed an air filter and new wipers, I said that was fine. They finally called me at 4:45 to say the car was ready, they close at 5pm and I live 25 minutes away so I said I would pick it up the next day. When I got the first bill I was quoted 480.00 for the tires and alignment. I was surprised to get charged 682.00 so the wipers and air-filter cost $200 dollars more. The biggest surprise I got was when I started my car up and the engine light was on, which was not on when I dropped off on Sunday. I complained and the service manager continued to gas light me and say it came there with the light on which is bull. So I don't know if they thought if they turned on the light they could hose me for more money or they screwed up when they put the air filter in. But all they did was blame me. So not a nice place to go.

I have stopped here at Natick Plaza many times, and gas is significantly more expensive than at some of the local stations, but it's friendly and convenient. For being so overpriced, it scores only 2, but I'm not giving it lower than that because it's not bad.
