Both kids were asleep and my 6yo son had a weird fear of car washes, so imagine his surprise as he wakes up to the loud rumbles of soft bristles slapping my car window rocking back and forth. He awoke startled and asked why is there purple stuff on the windshield. I told him I hit a unicorn and now the other unicorns are angry. My son started to cry. My 2yo daughter awoke from her sleep and started to laugh which made me wonder if she's a psychopath. Then I remembered she is my daughter and her and I continued to laugh at my son. Apparently my son told my mom what I did and she punched me. Not cool mom... I gave 4 stars cause I paid 15 dollars for a decent car wash that that got most of the bird poop off...

I went into the store to receive my receipt, but was given the runaround and told that I should have come inside and paid first, then I would have been issued a receipt. I inquired, why wasn't there a sign to inform you. I had to pretty much clown, in order for him to at least tell me to come back tomorrow for a receipt.! This is ridiculous! Upon returning to my car, I noticed there was dirt still on my car that had not been washed. The brushes had never touched that part of my car. Imagine how many others have gone through this. Do yourself a favor! Do not wash your car at this establishment, or shop here, if you intend on receiving a receipt for your transactions. Just a thought! .....Had this been an all-white neighborhood, would they had received the same treatment????

That may just be what happens with me and this location. On my way to my event for the day, I needed to stop here and grab more ice. While here, I thought I would grab a few waters and snacks. It was going to be a long day outside in the heat and I wanted to stay hydrated. I go inside and go right to the cooler. I grab two waters and then browse for a snack. Grab a few things and head to the counter. I set my stuff down as close to the barrier and the guy behind the counter scans them. Before I can even say I wanted something from behind the counter he tells me the total. I, however, tell him I want something from behind the counter. He stands there and kind of ignores me. Why? Because the whole time I am in here, he is on the phone. Having a full on conversation. I then say again I need something else from behind the counter and he finally gets it. I pay and as I am paying I ask to do a separate transaction to purchase some ice. I think he is again ignoring me, I repeat myself and ask if I can purchase some ice. He looks as if he starts the motion to do the transaction. Before he can complete this, I hurry up and ask what size are the bags of ice. Finally getting an actual sentence out of him I am made aware that there are two sizes. I ask to purchase three of the bigger size bag. Transaction complete, I ask where I can grab the ice. Without even a word he kind of walked away. Here, he was walking from behind the barrier to head outside. He goes right over to the ice chest and starts to unlock it. All the while still on the phone having his conversation. Mind you, my hands are full with what I just purchased. I rush over to my vehicle (to note, there are no parking spots, just spots at the pumps), open the back, drop my items and rush back over to the ice chest. I thought maybe he would assist with this, but no. He opens the ice chest and holds the door open and just has that dead, on-the-phone stare. I struggle with grabbing the bags as they are stuck together. And to not inconvenience the guy anymore *note sarcasm* I grab all three 16 pound bags and wobble to my car. I felt like I was being treated like a gnat here. Like I was buzzing around and just bothering the guy. I really didn't like to be actively ignored. I will bypass this place as there are other competitors that would surely handle the business better.

Possible Card Skimmers - Be Careful…read more I stopped at this gas station because it's the last one before the highway. Everything seemed normal at first--the clerk was acting like any typical store employee. When I went to pay, I tried to tap my card, but it wasn't working. The clerk immediately told me the machine wasn't broken and that I needed to insert my card instead. That raised a small concern for me. I went back to my car to grab a different card and tried tap to pay again, but it still wouldn't work. When I mentioned that the machine might not be functioning properly, the clerk suddenly became very aggressive and upset, insisting I insert the card. After my card finally went through, the clerk became even angrier and tried to kick me out, even though I was already leaving. The reaction seemed very unusual just for pointing out a possible issue with the payment machine. Because of how strongly he pushed for card insertion instead of tap, and how aggressively he reacted when I questioned it, it honestly made me uncomfortable. I'm canceling my cards just to be safe. If you stop here, I'd recommend paying with cash. Also be aware that the staff seemed very rude to multiple customers while I was there.

Getting fuel here is a task. The lot is always congested. Especially since it feels like truck stop gas station. Being positioned where it is, and them trying to pack in as much as they could in this strip of land, it is almost impossible to move about without getting stuck in congestion. The pumps are always busy. It may take some time to get one, and you never know which way a person is going to pull into one of the pumps. It is interesting to see how people are oblivious to everything around them. Inside, it is set up like your traditional convenience store. However, smelling like Subway bread the whole time in here. Service inside is not always the best. I found it to be interesting that they would always find a way to run from behind the counter when they see you coming towards it. Or they would simply turn their backs to you. Once one of them finally realizes you are there, it can be a bit congested like it is outside. I think they purposefully leave the one register down because to cater to those seeking lottery tickets. My favorite part here, the display case with all the plastic food that they may have available. Not only is there a Subway inside, but you get your selection of the 7-11 fare.

Just less than an hour ago I was filling up my gas, minding my own business, and a man in a red truck comes by staring at me, asking me for money. When I said no, I don't have any cash, he literally parked beside me and kept asking me and staring at me while I pumped my gas. I looked around and no attendants. no police cars etc. it's just sad. Another time a van, full of people harassed my husband as well for gas money he offered them a little bit of cash he had, but apparently wasn't enough and they wanted him to use his card to fill up their tank. Just so happens an attendant was outside at that time with security to make them leave. Is there some sort of network of people that has targeted the station for this kind of activity? It happens so often. I know the economy is not well for many ppl and some people just have to do what they have to do, but I will not be going to a gas station where we don't feel safe. There has to be some security measures for those who can't take no for an answer.

And it's not 10 dollars worth. I asked her what she thought was fair. She brought me 5 dollars. As the error was not fault, nor did I have a measuring cup to measure the gas. I felt $9.00 was not much to make a client happy for a error that was from their equipment. Although this maybe my neighborhood gas station, I won't be visiting again. Although it may be "just gas" good customer service should be expected no matter the Service provided.
