After explaining to her that I was not able to use the unit. She told me that it was my fault and that she would not be returning my money. After I reminded her that the right signal light was not working. The hitch connection was faulty, and that the tailgate would not let all the way down, she actually blamed me for not checking the unit thoroughly although it's her job to check it before renting the unit. After I let her know that I would be reporting her behavior and that I would be posting the complaint. She grew very angry. She actually came out of the gas station to confront Front me and let me know that I was on "private property"! gas station that exists to serve the public is on private property. So I asked her where are the sign postings showing that this is private property? We have increasingly arrogant and people serving the public who have no idea what the laws are and how to serve the public. my advice is that everyone boycott this particular BP located at 2542 Stowmarket Ave. Rockford, IL 61108. if you are able, stop supporting this gas station and U-Haul business. I promise you none of the money they make goes into our community. This is why they feel like they can talk to us they want and treat us they want. Shut this place down!!!!

Since they didn't have that, I purchased a can of Zyn, that had an expiration date of August 2024. I live in Belvidere so it wasn't worth the headache of driving back for a refund. They also had a "glitch" where the computer system showed I was paying for a lottery ticket. Supposedly this thing of Zyn was $10 even, which coincidentally was the same price of the lottery ticket. I think the girl working there just didn't know what to do or they're ripping off people. DO NOT COME HERE, go to the Mobil across the street.

Without a doubt, they have really changed my perception of what a travel stop should look like, providing a great alternative to the Illinois Travel Oasises which seem to be dwindling in number. The gas always pumps quickly with easy to use reward programs, the restrooms are always well stocked and clean, there's plenty of souveniers to buy, and I'm surprised at the massive amount of snack and especially drink options that are available. In addition, the massive amount of parking space makes it a great place to hangout if you need to take a rest.

I live nearby and the lowest gas prices in the area are with Quik Trip. If you go midday to early evening it will be a little wait for pumps but nothing bad.
