We chose drive up service and our cart was not being brought out. We sat 10 minutes before a guy dressed in black ( obviously loss prevention) came to our windows asking to see our receipt. Normally they only ask for the cart # receipt. After 10 more minutes the cart guy brings our cart out. Asking what happened, he said he didn't know. We'll, we got no receipt back so we called there asking what the problem was. She stated that they had to look at the camera to see where our cart went. It was where it was supposed to be waiting. I saw the guy take the cart somewhere else. If you are going to accuse someone of stealing, don't lie to me. I do not steal and also don't like being lied to. Where is my receipt and apology??
