Two guys were standing behind the counter with the entire counter cleaned up. One guy said, "Bro. We're all closed up and we aren't making any more food." So I have some concerns around this. Why post closing hours for 9:00 when at 8:53 you have decided to be closed? Also, why would everything be cleaned up at 8:53? I can't imagine when those two guys began cleaning...I will be posting this review to Google also, as it is important for travelers to understand that this pit stop to get food is not a reliable option and the workers apparently get to dictate when they will be closed for the day, even before their shift is over.

We went to pay and we found out that they don't take any credit cards except Discover and they take cash or check or debit card. Unfortunately, we don't have a Discover card and just by chance while traveling I happen to bring my debit card which I normally don't otherwise we had to put everything back and go to another store. I normally get my oil change done at this location so I already knew how their customer service is…read more But I took a long shot bc my heat shield on my exhaust pipes came off on one side. I went to 3 different places whom all turned me away due to techs all being gone for the day or that they were closing soon. It's 2 bolts that just need to be replaced and bolted on. Pulled up on one of the bays at this JL location and explained the situation, Robert without hesitation just said you can get out the car and we'll see what we can do for you! Both Jesse and Robert looked at my car and said easy fix. Impeccable customer service. I was very much thankful for how kind they were in just helping me out bc I really was concerned that the metal plate would come loose on the other side and fly into someone's windshield.
