So my following observations are to be taken with the grain of salt if your primary motivation for selecting a gas station is solely financial. Right around the time I need to fill up my car, my mini trash can is also full. I always use gas station trash can and it's usually a pain point when the cans are full. But this station had pretty clear cans and it was obvious they had been changed out regularly which I appreciated. I was delighted to see purell dispensers at each pump, but it looked like they hadn't been filled in quite some time. I also look forward to squeeging my windows, and although there was some residual cleaner solution at the bottom of the bin, there was not a squeegee to be seen. But like I said, it's a gas station. I started coming to this gas station Because it tends to be quicker to get in and out of when we are driving back to the east side of the mountains. The guys that work here are always incredibly friendly and do a great job of keeping the place clean, well lit and, they tend to have gas that's about a penny cheaper than the other guys. To my eternal delight, they pointed out that they have Indian food for sale. Some of the best Indian food I've ever had came from a small gas station in Yakima, when an Indian family bought it and the mom started cooking. That appears to be what's going on here as well! The Indian gentleman who run the place seem to be Family or friends, and do an incredible job on all fronts. That now includes the Indian food! There's a freezer, now two or three, in the back of the restaurant that has 15 or 20 different restaurant quality Indian dishes. We sampled, goat, lamb, chicken, paneer (Indian cheese), and vegetable options. Everything we've had here, including the bagged garlic naan, has been amazing! We will grab two of the entrées and a bag of non-, and it feeds us for a couple of meals. It taste like somebody's mom or wife made it, and everything is legitimately worth going back for. This has become stop every time we pass by, partly for normal snacks, and increasingly for dinner later. You owe yourself to check the place out!

I was in the Tacoma area,…read moretrying to find a place to park and for the very first time in my life, I struck out three times in a row. I noticed this place on my GPS map, and called. A gentleman named Gary answered the phone, and told me there was one spot left that I could park at. I was only 2.3 miles away so I booked it on over. I got parked, went in and paid my fee. This guy was so jovial, well mannered, and accommodating, if there was more Gary's in the world, it would be so much better. Not just for the way he accommodated me, but some woman came in and asked to use the restroom. He told her "well the restroom are only for customers, but I guess I can give you a key, but if you pee on the floor, it will be the last time!" It was nice for him to be able to joke with a total stranger, and for her to be receptive to it and laugh at it. His customer service skills are spot on. The place is under construction, so their hours are only 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. around 5:00 I went back in there to ask if I could purchase a shower, and good ole Gary pulled through again! He walks around happy, whistling, and just a great attitude. It's not the best part of town, but the amenities are perfect, and for what it was, it was also absolutely perfect. I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the optical department. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.
