I also wasn't happy how they embarrassed me by refusing to let the tow truck take the car off while I discuss the bill with Curt and Rocky the next day. Is this how you treat your 10+ year customers who had recently paid you $3800? Embarrass them and hold their car hostage? It's not like you don't know I live up the road under a mile away, have had my address and credit card info for all those years.
