The only reason this gas station doesn't get 1 star is because whelp, they have cheap gas. Similar…read moreto many Arco gas stations I've experienced, this one is usually packed and has very old, underperforming equipment. I've been on several pumps that either don't work or pump extremely slowly. last month (December 2015) I went to put gas on my way to work and as the cosmos would have it, I was running late. I opted for this gas station because it was more conveniently placed on my route than another location so I took to it. I pulled in and parked into the first pump. I went inside because I've had my credit info stolen at the pump before (different location) and after paying for a full tank, I found myself at the pump for 20+ minutes because the pump didn't exactly work properly. I went inside and told the gas attendant about the issue. She said "you have to hold it a certain way and it will pump the gas." To no avail, I found myself going back inside to ask for the pump to be switched. The gal came outside to help me out. I felt bad because it was very cold and as a man, I figured I should be able to operate a gas pump. Despite those efforts, the girl kept pinching away at the lever and told me that you have to hold it slightly and the gas will flow but slowly. I needed gas so I gave it a shot. 20 mins later, I asked for a refund of the difference and that was very difficult to achieve but at that point, I was over putting gas here. A few weeks later, my wife goes to put gas at that same pump and the attendant (different girl) told her that that pump keeps breaking they have recently replaced it. My wife went through a similar experience and she too asked for a refund only to be asked if you "hold it a certain way, the gas will pump." Never again. I know it is not the employees fault but geez, that's something you want to avoid when pumping gas. it should be easy and if they know there is a problem, they should fix it immediately.

It seems this location actually cares about service and upkeep of their restrooms, since the associate actually greeted me when I entered through the entrance and when I went straight to the bathroom, I happened to notice that they had a sign indicating to let the associate know if anything needed to be refilled/cleaned in the bathroom. Little details like that are greatly appreciated, and the main area with snack/drink selections looked very organized and tidy as well. Super easy to fill up, friendly service, and an easy to access (and clean) bathroom makes this place ideal for anyone that could be looking for a specific gas station on Yelp, haha.
