Specifically, its location, with the always present traffic on Beltline, people tryinng to get onto the southbound "Speedway" right past the station, and the merging right hand turn lane means a lot of cars and crazy drivers you have to keep an eye on...unless you want to get slammed. The Chevron lot itself is always PACKED and because it is on a rather small corner space, there are strange sharp turns behind the building with blind spots. Be offensive, be be offensive! Just sayin'... Other than being in a "danger zone," it's a great spot to fill up with petro after spending some time in Addison, prior to making the drive back to Austin. They must have had 20 fountain drinks available, 10-12 different kinds of fresh brewed teas, and 10 or so Lattes right on tap...I have never seen anything like it. The place was really clean, but it is relatively new, so we will see how it ages. Also, this place has its share of panhandlers hanging around, something pretty common with QuikTrips.

They have more pumps than the 7-eleven so you aren't waiting in a long line for one to open up. Gas prices are about average for the area. They're never the highest priced but never the lowest.

I came to the woman's…read morerestroom and it was locked, knocked to see if someone was there or if I have to ask for the key, no one answered, so I knocked again to confirm and headed to the front when the counter employee came out of the restroom saying a lot of things in another language and looking at me really mad, I went to the restroom and then bought an Arizona, went to the other cashier to pay and ask for her coworkers name, and answered " why? Why you want it?" I said "you have a badged with your name, she doesn't, I want to know her name", she said "ask her" and wouldn't tell me, they knew I was about to make the complaint . So why you work in customer service and treat people with this arrogance and disrespectful attitude. I wasn't disrespectful by any means, I don't fight with people. But this is not how you want to be treated as a customer.

The guys are direct in letting you know what they can & can't do & how long it'll take- then being on time with their word. They don't mind giving estimates & usually are spot on if not a bit below the expected cost. They can be pricey but they also have no qualms about finding ways to lessen that price punch when they can. I highly recommend them whenever I can.

I was so sure he wasn't talking to me because I was so caught off guard, but he was. I told him to back up because I felt unsafe being a girl and I was the only customer at the time, and he kept screaming at me and telling me to get out. I was planning on purchasing some items and didn't even do that and quickly got out of the store. My husband was in the car and came inside, trying to understand what went wrong. We thought it was a language barrier, but he screamed at my husband and threatened him as well. Shocked to see another review of the same experience on their google reviews and that nothing has been done about it.
