When they were delivered, there was a problem with one of the sofa's wheels. The back-up service from the production department was excellent. Two men promptly arrived and replaced the wheels on both sofas. Five months later, we're still thrilled with them.

After a week with no reply I sent another email... still no reply until I called and the person on the other side had to sift through their emails to get the emails I sent. They agreed that they could do the unit. I designed the unit with all measurements needed and sent it over and paid the quoted price. After 6 weeks for building this in the shop, the shelving unit is delivered but a shelf is missing (no word back from breuhaus after several emails to them about the missing shelf). And when I look at the material, I notice that the person cutting the pipe didn't take into account tolerances of the fittings and not only that they did not send threaded pipe fittings but normal clamps that I could have bought myself at alvinkeyclamps for example. So overall, I paid for some wooden shelves that I could have gotten made at B&Q with a very rushed and poor staining job (that was still fresh on delivery despite the 6 weeks waiting time) and a very poor paint job on the clamps and pipe that started to peel off due to the transportation. So overall, just stay away from them or pay on delivery to avoid being ripped off.

Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly and I'd certainly recommend them if you want something a little more interesting, the first thing people comment on when they enter the house is the table.

Ordered furniture with them in February 2011, paid over two grand. Delivered in May 2011. Sounds OK so far BUT the wrong furniture was delivered (their mistake). Promised to reorder and deliver in August 2011. No such luck! Numerous phone calls made - numerous promises that they would chase things up and ring me back - no follow through from them. End of September - still no delivery of the paid for furniture. October brought even more false promises until eventually YES! our furniture had been delivered to Furniture Warehouse and would be delivered week begining 12th October. NO! the furniture has now disappeared in between couriers. Furniture Warehouse don't return our calls, leaving us to chase the couriers. My mother in law orderd a 3 piece suite from this company in May…read more Initally communication was good, they couldn't supply in the fabric she originally chose and they supplied swatches of alternatives and she made a new selection. However, after that point there have been endless difficulties contacting Furniture Warehouse to get this delivered. There phone numbers were permanently engaged/not answered. I wrote letters which they did not respond to. Thankfully the furniture has finally arrived today (26th November) and is what was ordered but I wouldn't recommend these people - terrible customer service.

Now I'm moving back into the area, once again it's a haven of everything old, cheap and totally not antique. I while ago I bought a really old heavy oak table here. It was covered in graffiti but with a little bit of sanding and a lick of paint, it's now a piece in my room that people comment on. It makes me even happier that you can haggle for prices, if you can understand the very strong Irish accents going on that is. I did struggle but eventually, we cut a deal and for £35 I could have the table delivered. They have books, vinyl, vhs, laps, wardrobes, chairs, dining sets. Every weekend it's something different so get there early if you want to have the best pick of stuff. Bring cash, no your spending limit and don't pay more than a tenner for delivery.

Do your research on the company and review all the 1 star feedbacks and ratings. If I could give 0 starts I would. Went in store and placed an order OCTOBER 2024! We were PROMISED a pre Christmas delivery. Of course they would to take your money. Very poor communications from the store, had over 5+ delay notifications and went in store to chase, still no material update anyone could give me. I escalated this by writing to the CEO of furniture village, of course no response from him personally, just his personal assistants saying the same thing. 'Sorry for the delay'. After sending 5+ escalation emails to the CEO and his assistants, nobody could answer the following simple question I had asked multiple times. And the follow up to this nobody won't answer this simple question either. Please can someone let me know what will be done about the false pre Christmas delivery promise. I keep asking and nobody is giving me a response. Is it really that hard of a question? No of course it's not. It's just the company not wanting to take accountability for a commitment made and not honoured to its customer. Is this good business? I ensure I make things right with my clients when a commitment is missed. So 4 months later, mid February 2025 we finally receive the sofa.
