It is just outside Farnborough town centre and is in the corner of the shopping area so it is easy to find. There is lots of parking for cars and it is free. The shop is always clean and tidy and has good displays.

I find treating the customer this way is contemptuous Today I returned a Masai cotton top which I bought a year ago, yes I know you are thinking well you have had it a year, yes and I would say the same if I had worn it every week and got my wear out of it, when in fact I had worn it only 5 times. I pointed this out to the store supervisor but she wasn't interested in that. She just kept saying well you have had it a year. Needless to say I did not get a refund but then knowing how they deal with returns I was not expecting one. Whilst I am on the subject I find the staff on the concession counters abysmal, they might a well have a do not disturb sign around their neck.

We ordered two matching bespoke sofas from this branch. The service from the staff was excellent…read more We weren't ready to take delivery at the promised delivery date and the sofas were stored for us. When they were delivered, there was a problem with one of the sofa's wheels. The back-up service from the production department was excellent. Two men promptly arrived and replaced the wheels on both sofas. Five months later, we're still thrilled with them.

This branch has a first floor cafe - there's a lift and also toilets (kept really clean). They do a simple cream tea for £3.50 with a scone, clotted cream and jam, with tea or coffee. It's not the Ritz, of course, but nice for a low-cost break if you are shopping in the area. They also have a selection of cakes and sandwiches. There's a good sized car park, from which it is also a short walk to a number of other retailers, like Screwfix, Wickes, and ToolStation.

As well as ladieswear and now a wider range of menswear there is also maternity wear in this store, then if you go up the three or four steps to the higer level (only slightly!) there is lingere, nighwear, footwear and childrens clothes. Items are all cheap and i think not bad quality at allsome more then other items. A good place at christmas as they do offers and have nice stocking fillers. staff are friendly and poilte.

We contacted them with a few details on the website and they phoned us back the same day. Less than a week later our perfectly matched sink arrived, expertly wrapped. Bathroom as good as new. In the doorway they always have a nice range of cards ideal if you need an arty all occassion card in a hurry! They sell quite a bit of heavy wood furniture, and fabulous glasses and candles to adorn it with! It is a lovely store where you can get some great home furnishing ideas, the staff are always keen to give their ideas to. My criticism is they need to clean the store and polish the furniture!!
