When original receipt with the $35 dollar charge was sent them, they sent back a receipt allegedly rung up at the same time and date as the one we supplied with the $20 charge and refund. How could you have done a refund at the same time and date and the original receipt?! Offering $20 for ruining a jacket with the excuse that they are not responsible for damages is insulting and ridiculous! Then who is responsible??? A screen-printing business we consulted to repair the jacket stated that Sheldon should have never tried to dry clean as the chemicals they use are damaging to the printing.

For those that want someone to wash and fold (or not), they do have a drop off service and you can save about half if you ask them not to fold. Regarding the laundry machines, they appear to be well maintained and our clothes came out great. (No burning fabric due to hot dryers).
