This "business" is highly unorganized.The woman who owns the place and works there does not have good communication skills.I don't know her name -she looks like Peter Brady from "The Brady Bunch" show,later on in the 1970's when he got that perm in his hair.It was a good company when Robert Parks operated the business.It is about as old as the owner ,"Peter Brady",is.She acts like she doesn't know how to talk to people when they come in the place.Like she can't handle being around the public.I tried to discuss my ideas about a headstone.I decided to go with another place because of her demeanor and the way the business seemed dysfunctional.She basically shut me down as I wanted to see examples of her work ,etc.It was not because she was busy.This happened twice,once by appointment.She just can't handle talking with people face to face,nor on the phone.And,I need to conduct my business with someone who acts capable and not have communication anxiety. read more
