The one to one service provided during this visit made us feel valued as a customer, regardless of the amount of money we spent. At one-point Taylor called for her co-worker to come into the room to see how great the dress looked on my wife! In our final fitting, my mother and MOH looked at each other, completely overwhelmed of how to help me into my dress on the big day, and with five days before the wedding, my mom asked to hire her as our day-of concierge/assistant, and Michelle dropped everything to help! With an affordable price for her service, her presence was not only outstanding, it was invaluable. We didn't realize how much we needed her until the big day came. While myself as the bride was pretty cool as a cucumber, my mother was (for lack of a better word), a hot mess. Michelle not only took care of my needs (and thought of everything), but made sure my mother was calm, cool, and collected so she could enjoy the final moments of getting ready. Michelle came fully equipped with an arsenal of tools, a steamer, and such an amazing personality. She thought of all the small details, assisted the photographers and fluffed my dress as needed. The bra room (which is full to the brim!!) is by appointment, which makes for a really private and personal experience. The bras range from 48-100$, but most sit around 65-80$. I read so many reviews and I mean it's my wedding dress... Michelle Rene was amazing! She put my mind at ease and was so knowledgeable. So not only did I have to find an alterations place... It had to be done in 3 days... Michelle Rene did it in less than 24 hours. She took a dress that I could barely get over my hips...forget it zipping up... and created A whole new amazing dress. She kept the integrity of my dress, while making. Whole new one that fit me. She had to make it fit over my hips, she had to put a corset in, she had to hem it, straps... I have a pretty big chest and I wanted strapless but there was no way with my girls. She made these beautiful straps that looked like they belonged on the dress. She even put them on in a way where it didn't look like a bra strap. I have never in all my years met someone so talented and sweet. I have had a few dresses altered and most of my clothing.
