Kim and Karyn are so kind and very helpful at what they do! Underneath it All is primarily a bra-fitting store, with a wide range of sizes and styles to fit any of your undergarment needs! The bra room (which is full to the brim!!) is by appointment, which makes for a really private and personal experience. The bras range from 48-100$, but most sit around 65-80$. These are great quality bras, and mine have lasted me around 5 years with proper care and washing technique, which the ladies there are more than happy to provide tips on. Having very large breasts (~36K cups), I need to go to stores like this for bras. The first time I went, I made an appointment and was fitted. I found some bras, but I don't think the saleswomen are very kind. I'm plus size (around sizes 18-20) and was asked by the saleswoman if I was on any type of weight loss journey. I'm sure tons of women who come into the store are, but let them tell you that rather than asking... While I did get a nice fitting bra, I wanted some lingerie as well, but nothing fit my breasts. Rather than saying "We dont have any traditional lingerie that will fit you, but let's try a lacey bra" or something of the like, the saleswoman looked at me and said "Hm." and let me try on a lot of things that didn't fit my breasts. It was frustrating that the saleswomen - who can immediately tell if someone's wearing the wrong bra size - can't tell if lingerie won't fit my breasts and let me try on several items that didn't fit. I was a little off put at that experience, but decided to go back a 2nd time to see if they had a strapless bra in my size that I was looking for for a wedding. A different saleswoman helped me this time. I walked in and she goes "What's up...?" Not "Welcome!" or "What brings you in today?" She provided me with a few bras, some of which weren't the size she meant to pull as they were not organized correctly. I did end up trying a few that didn't fit right. I said I needed the bra for a wedding in about a week and she goes "Uhhhh honey! You should have done this earlier!!!!" I let her know I do have a bra for the event, but was just looking for a black one as a preference. We see that the bra that I'm trying on isn't sitting right, and she says "Well, you've got boobs!!" ...I'm very well aware....that's why I'm here.... She then tells me "You should have made an appointment, brought in the dress, and we would see if we could put lines in!!!!" in a very condescending and in an almost scolding tone. I was looking for a black bra as a preference, not of out panic or urgency, and shaming me isn't helping anyone. This place carries my size bras and they can run $70-$90 that I was more than willing to spend here, but was not treated well. I left and cried going home because of how the experience made me feel. What I wanted to be a kind 2nd chance to feel comfortable and trusting in my undergarment needs was reassurance this place can't help me and that the staff is condescending. I'm not going back for a third try. I don't think these women are the experts they claim to be. I've been professionally sized before and got a lot of education on proper bra sizing, how to wear your bra, and proper bra washing and care. Here is what you need to know-- you must have an appointment for a fitting. They only do one-on-one assistance by appointment. You cannot just walk in and shop. If you don't need a fitting you cannot walk in and shop. You can't touch the bras or racks of bras. You can't just pick up four bras and go to the dressing room. You have to be fitted, even if you know your size. You have to have an appointment to be granted the right to shop. If you walk in you will likely be told, "You have six minutes because someone has a scheduled fitting..." It is like getting a wedding fitting. They need a sign on the door "By Appointment Only" or something similar. They block off an hour and the store is sort of yours? If you don't need this level of service, this store is not for you. I don't, so it isn't for me. Also, the bras are sticker priced, even the stock that is two or three seasons old (the prices are laughably expensive if you know about amazon). This place is AMAZING. 1. If you have a hard time finding a bra that fits right or makes you look and feel amazing - this is the place for you. They have a huge range and will even special order you something if you fall outside of that range. 2. Their service is outstanding, and Nicole is a bra-fitting wizard. She has a supernatural ability to talk with you for a minute, measure you, and then reach into a huge array of bras and come out with one or more that fit you perfectly. No judgment, no embarrassment, just a bra that feels comfortable and makes all your clothes look better. It's a small shop and sometimes you may have to wait for assistance. If that is an issue, I'd recommend calling in advance and finding a time when someone can attend to you. They're worth it. 3. Their bra prices are normal prices for the brands they sell. Can you get the same bras online for less? Sometimes, yes, but their service (did I mention Nicole?) is worth every single penny. Wacoal is a good example of a well-made, decently priced undergarment, as long as you're in the proper size, which may be different than you think. Check out out their regular prices and you'll know what to expect. Yes, they have more expensive brands, too. This is not the place to go for super cheap bras. If you can find cheap bras that you love somewhere else, go for it, seriously. But if that's not you, this is a great resource. 4. Truly amazing service all around! I have never been more impressed with a quality of service before. I never write reviews, but in this case I felt it was 100% necessary. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt completely welcome and at home. Nicole provided excellent customer service, she was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and beyond helpful with all of our needs. She even gave us an excellent lunch recommendation when we were leaving. And my husband found this place and when I checked the place out I was surprised and amazed with what they have. They have a lot of styles and sizes. And they are very nice and friendly. They help you to find your perfect size and style you like. And if they don't have the style or size that you want, you can ask the lady to place the special order for you with no extra cost. The owner makes sure you actually find a proper fit. She also has the ability to order items if she doesn't have them in stock and keep good records on what you have purchased in the past. I went to this store yesterday. I drove over 30 minutes because I was excited to find a specialty bra store. I got fitted and requested no underwire. The woman demanded to know why I wouldn't want underwire. I said I was nursing my son. She looked at my son and said "He has teeth!" I did purchase the $75 bra without underwire. If you are like me and are well endowed, you need to make sure you have a great bra. I recently found this shop and really liked it. The owner and her team are both knowledgeable and friendly. They will take you into the back room to conduct a true measurement of the size you need for optimal coverage. They have so many options available for you to try on. If they don't have a size or color you want, you can special order at no additional charge. I bought two new bras and special ordered another one. The special order took about two weeks which was not an issue for me as I wasn't in a hurry. The cost of the bras is similar to other stores but the fit is superior to any other bra I have had. I stopped by to look for undergarments to wear with my wedding dress. The store appeared to have a very nice selection of lovely items, but unfortunately I didn't stay long enough to browse that much. I am in my niece's bridal party 9/4/16 and wanted to find a strapless bra that would add to my bust size but not require underwire as I hate the pain they cause. At my fitting the seamstress suggested trying Underneath It All as I am a size 46B which is very hard to find. The owner, Kim, was extremely friendly & knowledgeable and immediately told me my size was wrong. She said I was probably a 42D. I told her no way and sure enough she measured me 2x and was right on. She found me a nude convertible bra in a 42D that fit like a glove and was so comfortable. She explained the difference in size to me (too long to explain) and I realized what I was doing wrong! Although the bra was a little pricey it could be used so many ways that it was well worth the price.
