She closes it I get the bill and then they said we can't help you at all since you closed the account it would have been nice if that rude ____ would have said that before I closed it but no why would they look out to help you I mean it's only CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I had to pay it after talking to many customer service reps that all said there's no help available. My other problem with customer service is it's suppose to be a place to get help but they hire people that have such a deep a accent you can't understand them and honestly I don't think they understand you either because all they say is we can't help you. Victoria secret has a 2.2 star rating for their customer service that's BAD!
