The bra room (which is full to the brim!!) is by appointment, which makes for a really private and personal experience. The bras range from 48-100$, but most sit around 65-80$. I called the card to pay it and she told me I had a late fee. She says all rudely I'll be happy to help you with that. She closes it I get the bill and then they said we can't help you at all since you closed the account it would have been nice if that rude ____ would have said that before I closed it but no why would they look out to help you I mean it's only CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I had to pay it after talking to many customer service reps that all said there's no help available. My other problem with customer service is it's suppose to be a place to get help but they hire people that have such a deep a accent you can't understand them and honestly I don't think they understand you either because all they say is we can't help you. This location is smaller then the ones I am used to here in MD but it made it easier for me to capture some great buys. The semi annual items are current in season items that I've paid regular price for and love. It was a no brainer to stock up on some goodies in different sizes. The counter lady was really nice and pleasant and made my check out process a breeze. However, I recently purchased about $350 in clothes for my 9-month old grandson and two of the items did not fit. When my daughter returned them to the store - which it said you could do on the website - they would not give her the money back and issued a gift card instead. She went to the website to use the gift card AND COULDN'T USE IT. Frankly, they just opened a new Carter's in the Camp Hill Mall and they will now get my business over Gymboree. I have never been able to use my massive "points" either because you can only use them in the store on a minimum number of days designated by the retailer. Boo!
