Taylor, the owner, was very professional and friendly with a great sense of humor that helps to reduce the stress of gown shopping. During the fitting, it was quite obvious that Taylor is very knowledgeable regarding fittings, style, and alterations. She provided specific feedback, along with positive comments regarding the dress fit. The one to one service provided during this visit made us feel valued as a customer, regardless of the amount of money we spent. At one-point Taylor called for her co-worker to come into the room to see how great the dress looked on my wife! We've only been to Men's Wearhouse twice, once for our wedding and again for my sister-in-laws. For our wedding, my husband's shirt was too small so we had to purchase a shirt at another location for him. They did take that off the rental price for our trouble. This past time seemed fine until we were told suits must be returned the next day. Going to an out of town venue we werent sure if there was a Men's Wearhouse nearby so a manager extended the return date for us since we were never told the next day policy. Flash forward 2 weeks and we go to try his tux on, and my husband's vest is about 1" to small. It's too late to order a replacement but they can send it overnight to a men's wearhouse near the hotel. (5pm cut off for next day delivery) A bib type vest like we were expecting at no extra charge. We got everything in time but that's twice now in different years something wasnt fit properly.

Why would I want help from them when they allowed their very conscious biases to cause them to see me, think the worst and proceed to follow me and make me never want to shop there again. Disgusting.. The other one with brown hair approached me again. This time I asked about the store manager, whom I've interacted with for years while shopping there. If I remember correctly, she said she wasn't there but said she's the assistant manager and I think she said her name is Lori. At that moment, I declined and decided to reach out to corporate. I've shopped with Express for years, online and in store. This is completely unacceptable. Express, please invest in some diversity training as no customer wants to endure this treatment.

There was a pretty good sale, too (buy one, get one 50% off), which made the high price tags a little easier to swallow.
