Very nice staff, affordable pricing and very convenient. I had one issue with a shirt that wasn't done properly and they redid it without making a bunch of excuses. I used Hanna Cleaners at the Shrewsbury locations for the 1st time and I will NEVER use Hanna Cleaners again !! I had given them an article of clothing to sew some patches on, a very simple/quick job, on a Fri. or Sat. The return date that they gave me was almost a week from that date. I called a few days later and asked if it was possible to get the article of clothing a day early before I return to work as I work shift work and was returning just before the date they had given me to pick it up. They said yes, that it would be ready. I called on the day I was to pick it up to confirm and they had NO IDEA whether or not it was on the truck to Shrewsbury ( If not, I would have gone to the York office to pick it up personally). I finally received a phone call around 2:00 stating that it had showed up to the Shrewsbury location, I got there at 5:00 to get it and they were closed !! No one called to say, "hey we're closing early", NOTHING !! horrible customer service. I'll never use them again, nor will I recommend anyone to use them again. read more
