Absolutely awful. I gave in my phone to get the screen fixed a month ago, and still haven't gotten…read moreit back. In addition to this, they've managed to break the phone even worse than it was when I handed it in, and refuse to refund me for it. I either have to take it back and pay even more to get it fixed somewhere else, due to the new problem THEY created, or wait for them to finally get their act together and repair the phone. They refuse to give me a date for when this will happen, and don't respond to any of my emails. Every time I go in, they just say they'll call me, despite the fact they have my phone. They have for a month, and I am now paying my contract for essentially nothing. Avoid at all costs. You'll regret getting them to 'fix' anything.
