    I called around 2:45am after I got off of work to ask for a pizza something I have done plenty of…read moretimes before at other locations and at this one. BRUCE decided it was okay to hang up on me cause he was "too busy" once I came into the location to get some hot food he was moping in front of the hot food. I wanted to get a hot dog instead he continued to yell in my face and said I was being rude to him even tho I was not even talking to him. He seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or some drug. He called the police on me even tho I was being calm while he was screaming at me when I could have reacted very differently. When I went to the counter he grabbed my hot dog and threw it in the trash and continued to scream in my face. I just got off of a double and only wanted some hot food. I live close by and come to this spot all the time. He was very unprofessional and I do not feel comfortable walking back into this store with him there and if he feels that comfortable to talk to your guests like that there is a very real problem I do not recommend this place if they are going to have people who act like this working there. The police talked to me outside and told me I was okay to go because I obviously did nothing wrong. They have the right to refuse service to guest I understand that but he was completely out of line for absolutely no reason at all and made me feel very unsafe. I am a young female. I never raised my voice or was nasty to him at all he was acting out of his mind. If I could vote negative stars on this I would. He verbally assaulted me and should absolutely not have a job here or anywhere in customer service in that matter.

    New CVS store manager Annas. It's unfortunate that he has…read moreyet to realize good manners are part of customer service. This evening, after dinner, I went in to pick up poster board. The store was open, I went in and started to head to stationary. I didn't check the hours of operation---I just walked in the open doors. As I went down shampoo aisle I remember I needed shampoo. As I grabbed it, a young man briskly approached me and told me that "I needed to finish, the store was closing in one minute and (he) was locking the doors". His face was serious, his tone was brusque, but I said OK and proceeded to hunt for poster board. (BTW, CVS no longer carries poster board.) I then started back to checkout, and saw a bag of Lindor Chocolates on the endcap. erfect! I had a $10 off coupon valid for a purchase over $20, so with the shampoo, I could use it. Unfortunately, this 3rd stop of mine apparently further upset Mgr Annas. He obviously was following me around and immediately approached me. He said that "(he) hated to be rude, but they were closed and I needed to leave." I was stunned. I told him that I DID think he was being rude and why didn't he lock doors 5 minutes before closing if a customer coming into the store created such a problem. Registers were closed, so I used the self-checkout (needed assistance from a young lady to get the $10 off. All the while, SM Annas was standing there, watching me checkout. The young lady got his permission to honor the valid vaccine coupon.) I left. My receipt showed my checkout time as 8:05 p.m. My total time in the store was 6-7 minutes. His attitude was totally over the top, considering the circumstances, and much ado about nothing! Kindness is appreciated anywhere! So are good customer service skills. After this encounter with SM Annas, I know I will be re-evaluating my options in London the next time I am I am shopping.

I had medication that was to be filled and they let it expire right before fill date therefore I ran out. I am now 2 days without my asthma medicine and my doctor called it in at 10 am it was supposed to be filled by 4 pm per the pharmacist it is now 8:30 pm i still don't have medication. it's now a safety concern to fill prescriptions here! I have been having breathing issues all eventing. they better hope I don't end up in ER with an asthma attack! they have had my prescription for 9 hours and now they are closed. Almost betting they are not filling it because I had a fit with them yesterday for letting it expire and not filling it. I get messages when I am about out of refills usually but not this time. Beyond furious!
