While I understand that staff have a right to manage parking lot traffic, this manager handles customer interactions with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. She approached my vehicle and falsely accused me of staying at her other location last night, strictly telling me I was no longer allowed at either of "her" stores. Her accusation is entirely fabricated, as I haven't even visited that secondary location in over a month. While I had overstayed my time in the lot that morning because I was exhausted and waking up after a grueling day, there is absolutely no excuse for a store manager to invent false stories and issue blanket corporate bans across multiple properties on a personal whim. Store staff should treat people with basic human decency and professionalism, even when asking a driver to move along. This manager's power-tripping attitude and dishonest accusations reflect very poorly on the Sheetz brand. I hope District Management can see how poorly she represents this company. Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service.

I emailed over a dozen other dealerships around Northeast Ohio and North Carolina (where I am currently located) and the salesman/inventory manager, Scott Dahman, reached out right away. I had a set of questions/demands I asked of every dealership and Scott was nothing but patient and professional. He was not pushy and honest about what he could and could not do. He was very timely with his responses, but at the same time, he did not bombard me with unwarranted emails. After about a week of emailing back and forth with Scott and other dealerships, I knew I wanted to work with Scott. We negotiated everything telephonically and via email. When I went in to sign the paperwork, the process was smooth and painless. I was worried that the dealership was going to add on extra "hidden" fees, but everything everything went as planned and there were no surprises. I have bought 3 new Hondas in the last two years from this dealer. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do warranty repairs in general. Service is a nightmare. My Accord (2023) has rust on both rear doors inside the seals. They denied my 5 years unlimited milage rust claim. They could care less and send you on your way. I have been back and forth with corporate for over two weeks, stonewalling, gaslighting, endless transfers from department to department. $2,000 a month in Honda payments, not exactly the $2,000 a month treatment! Now I pursue Arbitration and a possible lawsuit. The mask falls off and you can see what this truly is, taking your money with a smile on their face and then turning their back on you. S-H-A-M-E.
