I honestly had no reason to be stopping at a fourth Sheetz location on the trip. But I did it anyway. I mean, I actually did have a reason to stop here, I guess I am also showing my obsession for Sheetz as well. I stopped here for a few reasons actually. I needed to discard my trash from the previous location, use the facilities, stretch my legs, and get out of the vehicle for a minute or two. Trash discarded I head inside for the facilities. Well put together and clean. The store is rather large here as well. I did take a moment to browse here, but had to remind myself that I did not need anything else. What is really interesting here is the utilization of the outside area. You have your typical Sheetz sidewalk with the few items for purchase; ice, propane, washer fluid. Maybe some seating too. But if you go towards the back of the store they have a pet relief area. Complete with signage to let you know what it is and disposal bags. Nice little touch for this location. If you happen to have your furry friend with you on your trip through this area, definitely consider stopping here. read more

What a horrible experience with the person cooking food. Had an issue with one thing and asked to get it replaced. She had such an attitude and literally pulled a piece of my chicken apart in front of me to say it's not that hard. Really!!! Pretty normal Sheetz location for VA. Full store and counter to get food, slightly cheaper gas than other places around them, long lines for the bathroom, racist rednecks with confederate flags in the parking lot. You know, the norm. Staff was on top of stuff here. Lines moved quickly and bathrooms were very clean. read more

We stop here every time we go to the Northern Neck. It's always busy, but for the most part, they have enough employees to keep the crowds moving. As with any Sheetz, there's everything you need for your road trip or everyday convenience. I'm always impressed by the overall cleanliness, especially the restrooms. The made-to-go items are always on spot, for what they are...fast food, right now! The one thing I HATE, and why only 4 stars, is the new, fandangled, boujie coffee bar. I just want to pour a cup of coffee and pop open the little plastic cup of french vanilla flavored cream and plop it in. But noooooo....you gotta put the cup under the spout, grinds the beans, adds froth. Then you gotta move over to the flavored cream station for hot, foamy flavored liquid, which over flows, getting cup all sticky, so then you have to get new cup, add, from dispenser, an unsuspecting whomping spurt of splenda...Not everything has to be upgraded. So I am from PA and there is always talk, "What is better? Sheetz or Wawa?" This has been my second and my last time at a Sheetz. It is not work my money and time. We decided to stop and grab some dinner on the go since we were well, driving to PA. All of our food was in the gross side and/or not cooked well. I ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese was grilled to over cooked. It was hard and burnt in some spots. My husbands order was messed up. It just all around was not a positive visit. We will be sticking with Wawa. read more

Bathroom stalls were a little low on toilet paper, one didn't have any at all. They had a bunch of trash in the floor from customers but was glad to see someone was picking it all up. Service was fast for food ordered to go. I always get the fried Mac and cheese appetizers. I saw several people order shakes that looked really appealing. Nothing much to complain about except the toilet paper. read more

This is a review for all Sheetz really. It had been a while since I last went to a Sheetz as I live in the deep south and have no Sheetz here. But when I lived up north where there are Sheetz I loved their schwingz, or however you spell it. I went to this Sheetz a couple months back and was told that schwingz at all Sheetz were discontinued and replaced with chicken bites, which sucked. Always one or two slow people working behind the counter on the made to order food takes 15-20 minutes to get an order out. Daughter got sliced strawberries to go they were old, rotten, and tart on it was disgusting, only thing missing was mold. NO customer service! read more

After spending money on gas and food. I asked the clerk if the window cleaning solution at the gas pumps could be refilled. They all were out and bone dry. After waiting outside for 10 minutes for the clerk to come out , I went inside and asked if they were going to refill the containers. The clerk said her manager Shantel said that they can't be refilled until another staff member comes in at 10. Why didn't the manager do it her self? Talk about NO Customer service. Don't think I'll stop there ever again. Can't wait to let corporate know about this. Hopefully the manager will be looking for a new job. read more

Horrible Horrible gas station went to this establishment last night for food I was the only person in there getting anything and it took me 34 minutes for my food to be ready because the staff was laughing and joking and taking their sweet time and not caring about the customer what so ever not to mention the restroom was completely out of paper towels and toilet tissue. On top on everything I wake up early to go to work about 2 am every morning so I stop to give it another chance and get gas and coffee. THE PLACE IS CLOSED, but it has a sign that says it's 24/7 ?????? Also who in the heck Turns off their gas pumps at night anyway I mean people do travel through the night and work.
