The inspecting facility informed me that the cord in it is busted/broken and is dangerous, as it can easily blow out with that there. We went to Firestone immediately after that and got repaired what was required at a much lower rate and only the things which really needed repair. Will not recommend them any more even though it's location is very convenient for us. They send coupons in the mail frequently to lure you but then they don't accept those coupons.

This was a used vehicle, and some stuff did go wrong shortly after. Randy promptly fixed it for free (even stuff not under warranty). Then, later on (5 months later), the SUV still had some issues and again, Randy fixed it for free (charging me HIS cost for a replacement part which was not under warranty). He also towed the car over 130 at no expense to me. That's called dedication to good customer service. Our car's been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend them!
