Pretty dirty Sheetz by Sheetz standards! Bathroom was a complete wreck and filthy. The paper towel rolls were sitting on the counter just getting soaked. Trash was overflowing. Almost all parking spots in front of the store are for pickup. If you need to go back to 40 don't use the end of the parking lot that goes to the light...you'll wait a long time and it will be hard to turn left. They had two cashiers working but only one when we walked up to a decent sized line. read more

Familiar with Sheetz from living in Pa for a number of years Have been here several time since the opened. Was a fan of Sheetz in Pa when I lived there and was excited when the opened her. Listen, I'm a huge proponent for Sheetz. My office used to be in Statesville and I have over 250 check-ins at the Sheetz there. I literally drive half an hour up to Salisbury every once in a while just to get my Sheetz fix. Most of the time you can't beat 'em! However, my latest visit to the Salisbury store was a sour one. Limited edition release of Goose Island/Sheetz collaboration IPA was supposed to release at 4pm, they even has an 8x10" sign on the beer that said the same thing. Wife goes to the register at 4:30 and is told it's not abailae until 7pm. No apology, no concession, nothing to show for the 30min ride up and back, just "I can't ring it up." We did eventually get a 4-pack the next day, like I said, I love Sheetz, but not necessarily the associates that represented them this day. Again, this place is one of my favorites, I hope this isn't the new trend. I'm confident my followup review will be more positive than this one. read more

This is a coffe at 3pm review. One of the 3 coffee machine was out of order( the one that has the dark roast I wanted) got second best. Tried to add something from the "cappuccino" machine. Only 3 of the 5 choices were tagged. I happened to open the front to see if there was any hot chocolate in the non labeled shoots. The inside was unsanitary and a mess. Luckily the coffee was free because it was not worth a thing! Brought the problem to the front end personnel who seemed incredibly disinterested. read more

My SO is a die hard Sheetz Freak (yes, he's reached the Freak Level in their Rewards Program), so yes, he frequently stops here! He buys his fuel here, as well as food from the grill all the time! He loves the steak wraps and he also gets a lot of FREE items through the rewards program for his patronage! My SO really loves the No Bake cookies sold at Sheetz, he says they are without a doubt better than any you'll find in grocery store bakeries! Since I ride shotgun, I'm at Sheetz just as much as my SO and I appreciate the cleanliness of the store, especially, the restrooms! When COVID19 hit, Sheetz was about the only area store that didn't shut their restrooms down! I applaud them for that! I also appreciate the efficiency and quickness of their grill staff. It means I don't have to wait forever on my SO to get his wrap and therefore, we can get back on the road. This location is always busy and the parking lot gets quite crowded! Be careful entering and exiting this hopping place, I've seen quite a few near misses in my visits. I highly recommend this Sheetz when you're traveling I-40 through Statesville, the restrooms are clean and if you're hungry, the grill is pretty quick to churn out orders. Ohhh and the fuel is probably the cheapest in town, especially if you're a Sheetz Rewards Member! I'm a frequent shopper at Sheetz. I stop in for a quick breakfast sandwich and beverage in the mornings on my way to work. I use my Sheetz app to order and pay in advance. This saves time and is convenient. During lunch hours I take advantage of curbside pick-up. I normally order a chicken salad or Italian salad. The salads are always fresh and made-to order. I use points and earn free items every time I use my Sheetz loyalty card. It even saves me $.05 a gallon on gas. The staff is always friendly and polite during checkout or pickup. This is a great convenience store in my opinion. read more

I can't believe that I'm reviewing a gas station but here it goes. I made a pit stop for gas and decided to grab a bite to eat. I've had food from Sheetz once before but that was many years ago. I have been craving a fish sandwich for some time now. I decided to order the fish sandwich and it blew me away. It was a really good sandwich! I love the option of customizing a sandwich on a digital interface. I also got a side of fries with a special dr. pepper bbq sauce, that was delicious as well! Last but not least I love how Sheetz provide FREE air! Genius! Kinda silly to pay for air nowadays, that's old school! read more

This location on Highway 115 is my local Sheetz and I make an average of 3-4 visits per week. The staff have always been very friendly everytime I'm there. The store has been slightly messy around the drink area on a few occasions but I blame that on grown adults who make messes like they're toddlers. I've been in at all hours of the day, early morning and late night and I've always gotten great service. I enjoy when staff members recognize me and treat me as if I'm their friend. This location is much better than the location on Highway 70 in my opinion. There was one occasion where I got gas with quarters to clear out the change in my car and from a cashier's perspective I know that can be annoying but the gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly and understanding! All of the drinks I like getting are typically always stocked. Good selection of budget candy, drinks and snacks. I order food from here all the time and it's nothing to write home about but it's great for the price! Out of the hundreds of times I've ordered food here, there's only been a handful of times where my food was lukewarm but it's usually due to me being late to pick it up. I've reached Sheetz Freak status on my account and I have to say, the rewards you can get from cashing in your points are awesome! There's been several occasions where I'm low on cash but have plenty of points to redeem for free food. If you're a regular at Sheetz, I highly recommend you download and use the app to cash in on deals and rewards. read more

I feel like Sheetz locations outside of PA, WV, VA, and MD aren't quite the "real" thing. But this is a solid location. I'm a complete snob about my Sheetz hotdogs and these guys hit the nail on the head with mine--forgetting neither the bacon nor the cheese nor the kraut nor the other five things I have on my dogs. This store is on our way to the mountains and I will be certain and plan my stops in the future to give them our business. Unfortunately I dropped my wallet outside my car on 3/4/15 as I was getting in and had my hands full. Not realizing I had dropped it until a few hours later, I called the store and spoke with the manager who kindly took my contact info and assured me they would look and call if it was found. On my return trip the next day I stopped in and shared with the manager my timestamped receipt for the gas purchase when I dropped my wallet. The manager volunteered to search the store video footage to see where I may have dropped it. Sure enough it was confirmed I did drop it and that someone pulled in right behind me and picked it up. This person however was an honest individual and asked the car in the adjacent bay if they had dropped the wallet....well that person was not so honest and did take the wallet. I took this information to the local Statesville Police station and hopefully they will be able to catch the thief. The extra effort of the store manager may help get yet another thief off the streets. read more
