This is the only location that is on my way to work. So I've been stopping in there from time to time. Cause I really think Sheetz has the best chicken tenders. Since I've been coming to this location I'm new to their mobile rewards. Ok so I get to the checkout and I'm literally asking the cashier to help me with the app so I can add my points from my purchase. At first I didn't think he heard me the first time so I repeated yeah right he heard me he just refused to answer me. Talk about poor customer service. He doesn't need to work with the public or maybe he's not a morning person. Regardless he's getting PAID to do a job. And all the other cashiers I've come in contact with at this location have been on point except for this idiot. It only takes one to ruin it for the rest. read more

While driving back from my adventure I had already stopped at one location and when I continued on my way, I came across this one. Why wouldn't I stop, I always do. I pulled in here to just pull in here, but I still made it a point to go inside and grab myself some sweet tea since I had not had some for a minute. This location, compared to the other one was easy to access. Pulled right in and right up to a parking space. Parked and walked into the store. I did a bit of browsing as I was thinking about snacks for later in my day. Prior to that, I used the facilities again, clean as could be. Visited On 6/19/25 Service was slower than usual.we ordered two sandwiches,Mac bites,fries and a sampler .I ordered both sandwiches to be toasted but neither was toasted and one of the sandwiches was missing my pickles and onions.The fries weren't cooked all the way and they didn't put my Mac bites in the bag.I don't think I will return to this location anymore .Wasted $35 read more

Coffee is always terrible. The machines aren't working properly as all coffees in the past month have been flavorless and is more like hot water that is tan.. it a shame as this was my go to store but has failed miserably lately. Creamer is hit and miss of working. The sweetener machine has been empty for 3 weeks now. If you want coffee, this not the place to go. read more

Yes I'm a sheetz fan. Ordering is easy. Fountain drinks are good and a good rewards program. Gas is fairly cheap compared to other stations. Food to me is better priced then Wawa. read more

I usually don't come to Sheetz because it is out of my way, but my husband really wanted a sub sandwich. The kiosk was super easy to use while placing the order. The team working on MTO items seemed to have their work cut out for them but they were doing an awesome job keeping up with online orders as well as walk up orders. The veggie subs I ordered were spot on and the fries were retrieved right before handing the bag over so they stayed hot until I got home with them. Have to say with Wawa's all over Sheetz needs to step up there game. Stores are short staffed, dirty, no fresh products like a Wawa. I find Sheetz locations all over to be dirty, restrooms dirty and unfriendly short staffed operations. read more

I was getting all amped up and ready to enjoy my creme brulee cappuccino....I'm thinking I didn't put the right add-ons to it because it was rather blah, so I will take reapinsibility foe that. However, I will stop in tomorrow on my way to work and try a hot, caffeinated bev that will hopefully be as tasty and the picture on the order touchscreen kiosk looks! That brings up a good point to mention that they have these little touch-screen kiosk things that you can use to place your order just like another gas/convenience store with the initials wawa...haha. This location is okay as far as other sheetz I've been to. There is one pump that always seems to be broken on both sides and this one normally gets packed because of the location so those 2 pumps could really make things much easier. Another thing is that the printers are always out of ink so I have to go inside and wait in sometimes a 6-8 person line for a gas receipt which is not convenient at all. The food service is pretty slow. I went in there and my ticket was skipped by the other tickets that were rang in after me. The made to order items are a little pricey and not that great nor is the portion size good. I only go here because it's convenient but I might have to switch things up read more

Went to Sheetz today, which since we live so close is a normal thing when we need gas or want to grab a snack . Today ended up getting my husband their Taco Salad. He ordered extras that brought the total of the salad to $10.99. When we received it, it looked like something completely slopped together. Now mind you I am not expecting 5 star quality from Sheetz however , if they are going to keep serving people food , their MTO needs to improve drastically, especially when you have to pay for your food first. Refunds are not something they like to talk about at Sheetz. On the good side of things they are always considerate and do get you in and out of the establishment at a steady place. It would not hurt them to hire more MTO staff and cashiers so they are not rushing and can give more attention to customers and their orders. read more

Fast food but not great customer service - with a wad of cash from my office pool, I was tasked with getting lottery tickets so I called and asked if they sold them at the counter. She said yes so I stopped to get gas and try lunch for the first time. The salad was okay - lots of choices, good lettuce, marginal pressed processed cold "grilled" chicken. The cashier let others cut in line and it turns out they only have a machine for tickets other than scratchers...so technically "yes" but not helpful. read more

Always really nice staff. Sometimes takes a while to get your food. Only a couple of times have I been disappointed in how it was made. Sheetz is a gas station first and an eatery second, though they may make more profit from the food and use the gas as a lure. Sadly, this location kinda fails at the gas part. First of all, I can't believe the price of premium is $0.50 more per gallon than regular gas. That's crazy! Worse though is that this location never seems to maintain the fueling service items for customers. I fill up here once per week and eight out of ten times the window washing buckets are completely empty and there are no paper towels for checking oil. Obviously they're not obligated to provide these but Wawa (a comparable "Mega gas station" does). Think I might shift my fueling spot to the nearby Wawa and break this habit, even though it's more convenient. read more

Food accuracy depends on the time you go there, the overnight staff does not seem to be as good as the daytime staff, but besides that it's absolutely the best! One would think that using their app to place a food order would be convenient. However, when you place the order, drive there and walk up to pay and pick up only to be told their kitchen is not open due to renovations, it becomes a problem. As the only reason I drive there was for the order. Wasted my time. If the kitchen is closed why does the app allow you to place the order and give you a pick up time. The said they canceled it in their system but it does not show canceled in my app nor did it notify me not to waste my time driving there. read more

I prefer Sheet's in all my travels where-ever they are, from VA-PA. This particular station is close to my house and I tend to frequent it and on Hull Street road five times a week. The one Clerk (Ellie), is exceptional in good friendly customer service, and it appear most regular customers enjoy waiting in line for Ellie to wait on them, myself included. On, her off days, service get a little poor. Overall, like other locations Sheetz's are like a full service gas station, except at pumps. However, at this particular one, the men restroom seem to always, be beyond dirty. Where employees break to smoke in front, always littered with cigarette butts. Perks are great with the Sheetz reward card. read more
