I initially came for gas, in which I never even got . The customer service is horrible to say the least their lack of concern and competency is unbelievable. Food at this Sheetz is really hit or miss. The last time I was there, I got my son sliders with ranch, cheese, and bacon. They DROWNED his burgers with ranch!! Like DROWNED!! The bread was soggy & all he could taste was the ranch. How could that be enjoyable??? A toddler could've made a better slider than this. It was ridiculous, but I didn't feel like getting out of the car to complain. I just won't come back to this location again because I'm disappointed with the food more than I enjoy it. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to read the reviews before I went into this establishment. What I saw was a store with bathrooms that were unkempt and the rest of the place was just wayyyyyyy outdated compared to others stores I visit. Just the general feel of uncleanliness kept me from taking my chances with food that was not already pre-packaged. I grabbed a bottle of Mt. Dew and left. This store does not present itself in any way very close to any other Sheetz store I frequent. Sorry Sheetz, but you have some work to do over there. read more

While I enjoy the food, they should not take phone or drive up orders if it's going to take sooooooo long. It can often be a 20 minute wait (and the staff doesn't even acknowledge that you're waiting). Worse? When you're in the drive thru, you can't back out if someone is behind you. What to say? I don't get gas at Sheetz, per the recommendation of my mechanic, but I will occasionally stop here and grab a sandwich or a drink. The drive thru is relatively fast, the food options are plenty and the employees are typically friendly. Make sure you use your Sheetz card and you can grab a large soda for .86! Gas pumps are always packed so be prepared for an occasional wait. Car wash does a decent job, if you have time. read more

I was disappointed in the food that I received from Sheetz. Sheetz is great as a gas station/convenience store but as a food establishment, they severely miss the mark. My quesadilla was ok. The bag that our food came in was mysteriously wet. The hash browns were not the best. You can get better ones from a traditional fast food place like McDonalds, BK, or Bojangles. The french toast sticks were marginal. They tasted less like French toast and more like a funnel cake stick. Again, look to BK if you want good French toast sticks quickly. Will I eat here again? Probably not for breakfast. I have yet to try their lunch offerings so I can't speak on those. read more

Worst sheetz, never ever go to this location, the coolers are never stocked properly and the drink machines never work, the food is extremely sub par and the bacon is never crispy it is always chewy and greasy, and they haven't had lettuce in about 3 months, it is under terrible management and if the Sheetz corporation really cares then they would put it under new more competent management read more

Last night I went there on my way home from two exhausting days of being with family and friends. I ordered on my app like I usually do however they were sooooo crazy busy that there were 11 orders before mine at that moment even though I ordered before I got there. I did not stay because I was exhausted but it wasn't because of the staff. The staff was so busy and doing the best they could with what they had. They were doing a phenomenal job for all of us crazy people there on Christmas night. I did try to call and let the manager know but was not able to get through. I will try to call again because I do think they deserve as much recognition as possible. Thank you for all you do and being there on Christmas. I hope you all get a day to relax today. read more

Sheetz is my new favorite. I never visited much before because they were a bit out of the way. My favorite is the food. It can be a little pricey if you don't watch it, but is definitely decent food. They even have healthier options like salads. The staff has always been friendly and more than accommodating at the drive through. read more

Ok so new Sheetz is gorgeous inside but the gas is pumping 1 cent per second... literally I'm writing this while waiting for my gas to pump as we speak. I have been here for over 5 minutes and I still haven't hit $6.... I don't plan on waiting to fill up my tank.
