All the employees do a great job greeting every customer that walks through the door. They keep the place clean and they pay attention to detail. Usually the staff is an afterthought when visiting a convenience store unless you have a bad experience. This place was different though. The restrooms were clean and the shelves were stocked. Also, don't sleep on Sheetz made to order sandwiches.......no, you won't compare it to the best delis around....but for "gas station" food, you're going to be pleasantly surprised. The parking lot and gas fueling area is nicely lit in the evening and the prices are on par with all the other gas and sips. For what it is, I feel it's deserving of 4.5 stars.

I purchased a set of Faulken tires early 2023 (over$1,200) I have them installed and then I had an alignment and kept up with my maintenance. Last month I had a blow out on one of the tires (IT was worn) less than 10K miles on the tires. They would not replace it. And then I was told all the tires were bad....and should not be put on my car. After the salesperson (Shawn) ensured me that was an acceptable tire for my car. They blamed the distributor, then blamed my driving (I have state farm and I get a discount based ON A great DRIVING RECORD) they have given me the run around for 6 days. DO NOT BUY TIRES from these people. The ladies at the front desk even lied and told me that the saleperson was not there and call another employee (Shop manager) to look at the tires. He agreed that with less than 10K miles on a tire that has at least 50K mileage should not we wearing like that. then magically, the salesperson appears. However, even though there were many cars ahead of me, the service technician did his absolute best to make sure that I got my car back the same day. Kudos to him for going above and beyond to meet my needs. I also like the fact that they provide Uber service within a few miles if you live close by. They had a driver drop me off at home and later pick me up when my car was ready. This was especially important to me because I didn't have anyone to pick me up at that time and it worked out well for my schedule.
