The difference between good customer service and superior service, is solely dependent on personnel demeanor and their performance. In this regard the quality of service; going that "extra mile" so to speak, was both quite evident, and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this business and certainly the people who are the face of that business. Michael B.

It is the only location I have ever had a problem depositing money without an ID. Every other location doesn't require this, but for some reason this one does. I called customer service after leaving and they confirmed with me that it is not required, but preferred. Upon telling the manager that she told me that the information I got from customer service was incorrect. So I can't put in $50 without an ID, but I can withdraw $50 without an ID. That is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. On top of them quote "following the rules" they are also extremely rude. I will never go to this location ever again and I'm actually closing all of my accounts. Thanks for nothing Virginia credit union!

As always I love it here!…read more Every time my husband and I pass by this location we always stop by. His favorite item here is the Slurpee If it's a weekend usually the food is on sale on Sunday's. What was new this last time was the service instead of having a clerk attend to us they now have self checkout kiosk available which wasn't bad but definitely shocking because we don't have these back at home to my knowledge. We didn't get any food this time nevertheless I did spot some snacks that I hadn't seen before and I thought was funny the pickleballs. And as far as the ambience always well lit always tidy one of our favorite locations. Have fun and enjoy life. :)

Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the cashier, "Welcome to 7-11." They definitely don't say that in the 757, so I was caught off guard. Almost made me feel like I was at Chick-fil-a because I genuinely felt welcomed. The store was extremely clean and organized. It was connected to a restaurant, but I didn't check them out. I only went inside to pay for my gas. It was quick and easy, and I was able to get right back on route 460 heading back to the 757 in a jiffy. I highly recommend this 7-11. I will check out the restaurant next time.

I was informed it was a 3 hour job at their labor rate, somewhere between $400.00 to $500.00. I then contacted Strosnider Chevrolet. I was told it was a 2 hour job at their labor rate. A friend of mine that owns two import car dealerships suggested I contact Extreme Audio. I called Extreme Audio inquiring if they would install the antenna. If so, how much would it be. I was told they could install it and it would take no more than an hour. I set up the appointment. The work was done quickly. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told the bill was $66 and some change. I first looked at him like he had four heads. He then said I can charge you more but it took less than an hour, and that is how we do things. We don't over charge. I highly recommend Extreme Audio for your vehicle audio needs. They are straight forward honest people. I won't hesitate to return in the future.
