When I got to the register, my total came out to $2.01, which I knew was a cent too high. I was already a little frustrated about the price increase, and when I questioned it, the employee at the register immediately got an attitude. Instead of explaining things or helping, she seemed annoyed and acted unprofessionally the entire time. What makes this more frustrating is that every other employee I've dealt with there has been helpful, respectful, and great with customers. This particular employee, though, consistently comes off as unpleasant and even seems to question regulars rather than just providing good service. I'll still come in because I like the store, but I really hope management addresses this kind of behavior because it stands out compared to the otherwise positive experiences I usually have.

They have the traditional gas, convenience store, and trucker services. Added onto this is a Denny's that seems to have been updated and surprisingly busy at any given time in the day. They offer Shell fuel here for your vehicle. Pricing wise, it is the norm for the state, can't even say the area. And it is a bit competitive since there are other service areas at this exit. My friends and I went there every morning for quite awhile, spending anywhere from $40- $80 a day and because we all went into the bathroom at the same time as one another she decided to kick us out. All of the employees liked us and spoke with us every morning but because she has a personal bias and one of my friends mentioned about going there she decided to assume that we were doing something wrong in the bathroom. We were also told by a previous employee that she didn't like my one friend or her mother for no good reason. I believe because we spoke with an ex employee that was the first initial reason for her acting this way towards us. Don't go in the morning ever because they never have change for anything above a five! The only employees there now that have any kind of customer service skills are the guy with reddish colored hair with a buzz type of hair cut and the young black man.
