I come to Sheetz pretty regularly just to grab a soda, so I'm very familiar with the pricing. I know there was a recent price increase, so I even did the PA sales tax in my head ahead of time and had what should've been the exact change ready. When I got to the register, my total came out to $2.01, which I knew was a cent too high. I was already a little frustrated about the price increase, and when I questioned it, the employee at the register immediately got an attitude. Instead of explaining things or helping, she seemed annoyed and acted unprofessionally the entire time. What makes this more frustrating is that every other employee I've dealt with there has been helpful, respectful, and great with customers. This particular employee, though, consistently comes off as unpleasant and even seems to question regulars rather than just providing good service. I'll still come in because I like the store, but I really hope management addresses this kind of behavior because it stands out compared to the otherwise positive experiences I usually have. read more

For a gas station hot food joint, it gets the job done well and was clean both times I popped in. Plenty of filling stations, a long BAR of cold drink options inside, all the typical snacks options along with plenty of alcohol choices for quick pick up. Bathrooms were also pretty clean. The food must be popular because at midnight on a Saturday there were a dozen people waiting in line. I however found the sliders insanely dry and tasteless- even with onions and jalapeno sauce. Plus I find it pricy- a cup of curly fries is over $3. When the street its on has 4 other fast food options, I'm not going to choose that first. Maybe the subs are better? First off, this Sheetz is slated for a major renovation in 2018; so what is said about it now, will need to be updated in 2019. I don't know if it will be a ground-up renovation (such as Elysburg) or a major retool (like Mill Hall). But until then... This is a great Sheetz - it's bigger than many of its older small-style era brethern that I've seen, has tons of gas pumps, and it has many of the MTO & drink-station essentials; yet it lacks some of the modern standard conveniences such as dining areas, multiple teas or slushies, and soda/beer caves. It's always a very busy Sheetz, being at a major highway intersection with a bustling Pennsylvania College of Technology community. So yeah - it's a little more of a gritty location and still has some of the late-90s-era signage. The staff here, much like every other Sheetz that I've frequented, are forever super-friendly and ready to please. The Sheetz standards for their employees really shine though, when you must interact with them. This is another reason why people love Sheetz. It's impossible to give this location 5 stars, as I must compare it to the other more modern Sheetz locations in the area; but what they have here for you is nothing at all to sneeze at. read more

I stop at Sheetz several times a week for food when I am home visiting my parents in Williamsport. I love the touch screens so you can make your order exactly as you want, and the food is always made exactly right. Employees are always very friendly. Sheetz is the best! read more
